Modern style and clean No robes, no black tea, pajamas not comfortable. I didn’t like the fact that I have to go to 15 floor to take another elevator to the rooms.

An amazing place. Quiet with great views and amenities. The kingsize bed was firm, but still comfortable bed. We stayed on the 25th floor and had access to the Executive Lounge daily. We had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel is located near two metro stations and is easily reachable from Namba, Umeda, Osakaa and Shin-Osaka stations by the red Misouji metro line. The reception is on the 15th floor, so all the rooms are on high floor (16-25).

Very Clean. relatively spacious for the price. spectacular view from the window! There's no option to drink coffee unless you pay for breakfast. why there's no hot water kettle in the room like all other hotels in the world? ether give coffee or let me make my own. Also the wifi was sometimes very low.

The breakfast was outstanding. They had so many options! I really enjoyed trying all the Japanese options such as miso soup and vegetables. There was also unlimited Western options that they would cook to order such as amazing French toast and omelets that they would bring to your table. I'm not referring to American quality but exquisite, gourmet quality food. They have a fabulous machine that can make any type of coffee, not to mention the amazing variety of teas. This all took place on the 25th floor with breathtaking views of the Osaka skyline! We also had access to this floor for cocktail hour which was outstanding, as well as snacks during the day. It really makes it hard to leave this hotel! Nothing. This was as perfect as it gets.

The hotel was okay overall, but nothing particularly stood out. The room was clean and comfortable, but fairly average and it was a decent stay and met basic expectations, but it did not offer anything special that would make it stand out from other hotels.

Good price for the location. Only 10 mins ride from main attractions Breakfast could get boring after a day or two.
