Nice spacious rooms, laundry room with several washer/dryer combo machines, gym with two thread mills and weights. Nice lobby and bar area. Hotel is in the business district which means more quiet than other areas of Osaka. Close to subway.

This was one of our favorite and most luxurious stays while visiting Osaka. The room was spacious and the sunrise was amazing! We stayed on the executive floor with lounge access and wasn’t disappointed. Subway access was convenient and we took advantage on our day trips. The entrance to the lobby wasn’t easy to find. After a few signs that redirected us, we finally gained access.

I found the room very clean and the bed wonderfully comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight with its great quality. The hotel sits only a short walk from the subway, while still offering a peaceful, quiet environment Nothing in particular.

As we mentioned we are on honeymoon so we expect to find some fruits or something small welcome gift not just a small notepad.

The hotel lobby and main entrance feels like a 5star hotel. Once you are in your actual room you feel like you are in a 3star hotel. The way the room is distributed is not the best. The room felt much mas smaller than what it really is. They do not have a lot of amenities and the hotel is not close to main attractions

The only thing I didn't love is that there was an iron in the room but it missed the cable, so you have to contact the reception to be able to use it.
