Modern and comfortable room with plenty of space. AC that does not blow on you directly while in bed. Spacious bathroom. Overall nice place to stay with convenient location to metro station and some restaurants, cafe and convenience stores. As bonus, you can check laundry machine status and time to end of washing from the TV system.

Next to Yodoyabashi metro station. Close to bus stop which goes to Osaka castle. Small room. Ok for short stay.

The hotel staff adhered strictly to their policies. When we arrived at 2:40 PM with my elderly mother, who was feeling unwell, and check-in was at 3:00 PM, I inquired if she could access the room early if it was prepared. They requested an additional payment for those 20 minutes. Furthermore, our room was quite compact, making it difficult to even open a single suitcase. While the location is commendable, this establishment may not be suitable if you anticipate needing flexible or empathetic service.

Love the location, just a few steps from Yodoyabashi station. There's a supermarket beside the hotel and a family mart across. We also enjoyed the coffee shop beside the hotel. Fast check-in and check-out. Bed was comfortable with nice thick blankets. Air conditioner kept room at a pleasant temperature and water pressure in bathroom was good. I booked 3 rooms. Our bathroom was smelly. Smell didn't go away even after housekeeping. I also saw cockroaches. I actually killed 2 and another 1 got away. But it was only in our bathroom. I didn't request to change rooms since our rooms were close together. Wish I can have coffee or tea in room. I had to go down every morning to get tea/ coffee. Also wish there were mugs in room instead of paper cups.

Breakfast was meager, but it was enough to last until lunch. There's nothing to not like because it was comfortable , close to train station, has a supermarket , a coffee shop, a convenience store next door. It's got everything a traveler needs.

I had a pleasant four-night-stay at Prince Smart Inn Osaka Yodoyabashi. The check-in is smooth and the room is spotless. I love that my room has a window facing West with lots of sunlight. I didn't have breakfast or use other services at the hotel during my stay so can't comment on that. However, the location of the hotel is perfect, literally less than 1 minute walk to a local supermarket and the metro station. It is also closed (perfectly walkable) to Umeda, Shinsaibashi, Namba, etc. They also help to keep my luggage after check-out. Definitely would stay here again when I'm in Osaka. Can't think of anything I didn't like for now.
