Very clean and new room. A lot of space. Breakfast was decent. Absolutely great location. If i will ever back to Osaka this hotel will be my choice

Tasty free breakfast with different kind of meat everyday. Have ice machine, water machine, microwave, washing machine which is very convenient. Room size is good. No shopping mall nearby.

I love the location and how clean and pretty the rooms are. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be my go to hotel when i come back to Osaka None

The staff were very nice and the rooms were very clean. I was grateful to receive a clean set of towels and a new toothbrush every day when I returned to my room. Also, my toilet was broken in my room, and I was immediately moved to a new room. The service is great. I had a hard time sleeping because the mattress was very hard and the air in the rooms was dry, but I understand that the room dryness is due to the season. Also, the Midosuji subway line itself is a little inconvenient for where I wanted to go, but the hotel was located near the station, so as long as I could get to the Midosuji line, I was able to return quickly to the hotel on foot.

I was happy they could hold on to our luggage for the whole day of checkout. Many locals had chosen this hotel, which is a sign of quality. Breakfast doesn' t have many sweet options.

Overall, looking forward to another Japan trip and I will book with Toyoko Inn again!

Bed was to hard for my preference and the breakfast chaotic with not that many options. Being Osaka I expected amazing food and it didn't even came close to average.

The hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from the Yodoyabashi (M17) metro station, so travelling is very easy from there. The hotel as such was very nice and modern, and the staff were super-helpful during my stay (they spoke English well, and weren't afraid of using a translator if needed, which I appreciated a lot!). As for the room, it was quite small ("compact" might be a better word:), but it had everything (except maybe European power outlets, which was not unexpected.. they did have USB-C connectors though, so powering up a phone wasn't an issue)... I was certainly satisfied.

Excellent days in Osaka. The hotel is very close to the metro station, and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room was great, and the staff were very kind. Without observations.
