Only good thing is location I only liked location. Rest ??

The advantages are that it's not too expensive, there are convenience stores nearby, and it's not too far from the subway station. Having a microwave in the bedroom is convenient WiFi signal instability. The hotel's sanitary conditions were average, with yellow stains on the bathroom ceiling, and the bathtub leaked when draining when full of water and flooding the bathroom.

walk time to train station, was a bit long

Nothing I travelled with colleagues for work and after long day we finally reached hotel and tried to check-in around 23:00. Even though I booked 5 rooms through Booking and had a proof of it, reception staff was insisting that I only booked 2 rooms and telling me that it is my responsibility to contact Booking.com and figure out the problem. Unheard of! Then after 30-45 minutes of waiting, it turned out that the receptionist simply couldn't find the rest of the reserved names and he even didn't apologize properly. I understand that problems may happen but please behave adequately and responsibly if you are on the reception.

✅ 10 minute walk to the metro, easy check in process and fancy lobby, room was clean, organised and comfortable. bathroom was lovely with great shower and lovely toilet ! ❌ bed was tiny, and was a bit cramped for two people sharing, however that’s what you expect from a business hotel. room was small, but again that’s customary for japanese rooms.

Great price and location, clean room, convinience stores everywhere. Room was a little bit narrow.

The hotel was close to the centre of Osaka. The rooms are quite small.

As a wheelchair user, I found it great being able to navigate the hotel. The bathroom was too small I physically couldn't use it. Even after asking for the disabled room the bathroom was too small.
