It didn’t seem like the carpet was vacuumed well, found a bunch of hair that most definitely wasn’t ours.

It was wonderful and location was great and near everything you’ll need. Very convenient. Room is a bit small but it not a deal-breaker as most hotels in Osaka are quite small.

The room was clean and the beds were extremely comfy! The location is not terrible, a little far from major sites in Osaka but has enough restaurants and shops within a short walking distance! Great stay.

central location clean and simple two Garner hotels basically next to each other so sometimes was confusing. Not much storage room

Yes, rooms are small and you won't have space for your suitcase to open up, but I honestly didn't mind. The bed was so comfortable, and there were both soft and hard pillows on the bed (indicated by the pillow case). The bathroom has a heater in the mirror for cold mornings, and the room cleaning system with a magnet on the door is quite cool. Downstairs you will find complimentary water refilling, flavored water and a little free "bar" for toiletries etc. Staff are super friendly and the hotel is very quiet in general. The area is also quiet, near neighbor to a 7-11 and seven minutes walk to the metro. Nothing really

The room was clean and had a great vibe. I would have liked a little more room for laying out my bags and coat. It was a little difficult to maneuver all my things in the room.

Drinks and snacks at the door upon arrival was a nice touch! Very welcoming. Clean, well appointed despite smaller size of room. Large common area with wifi to relax in. Front desk staff was exceptional! Luggage storage for the day and they were very helpful. There was a concert on the main street when we needed leave. They researched it and told us to hurry as it was ending in 20 min and there would be a crowd on transit. They got specific directions for us as well.

I would say the room felt a little cramped but it did meet the basic needs of having somewhere to sleep and shower.

Room was small can barely fit suitcase to open, small or big suitcases. Bathroom was small but was ok if you are over 5’11 you’ll have trouble standing. there is no walkway around the bed its just the from the hall to the bed, Tv console/vanity desk takes up all the space in-front of bed.

It was a small room considering the cost but it was also the last month of the EXPO 2025
