The hotel is first class and in a fine location for walking to nice restaurants and the city.

Large, comfortable rooms - this was probably the largest hotel room of our entire stay in Japan - with views from upper floors. The hotel is very well located to explore Osaka and for excursions to nearby cities (Nara, Himeji, etc.): it is directly connected to Osaka Station, JR lines and the metro by underground passage, convenient on rainy days. The interior design of the hotel is a bit outdated (think Pretty Woman) and uses too much carpet.

The location is close to the train station, there is a underground business area near the place provide cheap food and good currency rate exchanges, I had fine dining at the hotel resturauant, they had this seasonal mushroom set is beyond my expectation. nothing.

The hotel was in a perfect location in the city.. the staff were very helpful and informative. I would recommend staying at the Elsereine Hotel. The room was very comfortable and well-maintained by staff..I would definitely recommend this Hotel. The breakfast buffet was underwhelming. I would not recommend adding it to your stay at the hotel.

The room is old but has al the facilities that is needed It is near to Osaka station and has a family mat next door - the breakfast has limited options and it is not delicious - the room furniture is old

1 block (8 minutes) walk from Osaka Station. My room view was an AC engineer’s dream, I could see the cooling units in great details... They were quiet units and did not disrupt my sleep.

Great location. Very close to Osaka Station. And very close to Airport Limousine Bus stop. The room is very small. Limited function area.

The area in which the hotel is located is well lit, making it a lot easier to walk around at night at feel safe while doing so. The hotel is also located near Family Mart (convenient store), an ideal spot for quick convenient store meals and errand runs. The staff were friendly and helpful for asking directions. The rooms were spacious enough to lay two luggage’s out between the bed and the wall. The kettles in both rooms had a bit of lime scale in it.

The staff were very friendly. Very close to trains and metro. Room was a decent size, clean and comfortable. Good selection of cosmetics in bathroom. Shower was lovely. No gym, pool etc.. for the price. No water in the room and only an ice make in the hallway.

I loved the location, size of the rooms and how clean everything was. There were restaurants and subway entrances all around which made it super convenient as travellers. The staff were also very accomodating. We had a full daytrip planned with an overnight stay in Hiroshima. They were able to hold our suitcases until we returned back to the hotel to continue our trip in Osaka.
