Loved staying at this property. It’s near enough to walk to the main areas, but quite street away from the hustle and bustle of Osaka foot traffic

Hotel is closing this year - surprising as we appreciated our stay while visiting Osaka. Not the best location, but a good one and still close to Osaka station (to go to Kyoto) and the M-line (to go towards Namba station - Dotonbori - and transit to Nara). Not as clean as it could be (dust), but otherwise great experience. Breakfast, tea time and happy hours are really nice plus for “club premium”.

Everything was fine. Thanks for giving me a higher floor (18/F). Sadly second time I stayed a week later, only got 14/F but as far as this stay, I was happy.

Everything was fine. Only complaint is that the windows were a bit dirty. They were fine when I stayed on 18/F from May 1-6 but were dirty on 14/F from May 11-17. Both times facing north towards Umeda. It’s not a huge issue and perhaps unavoidable.

The location was great, right near the station and lots of food places a few steps away.

Not meant for children.

Extremely well located within main Osaka CBD and good quality rooms.

Love the location and staff service.

One of our favorite hotels in Osaka. The hotel has a nice understated ambiance. The rooms are well-appointed and very clean. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable about the restaurants and directions to various venues. Adjacent to a beautiful park.

I stayed for 3 nights at the end of my Japan trip. I stayed in a premium room so my experience was good as it meant lounge access with tea in the afternoon, drinks in the evening and free sauna/onsen use. I’d recommend going for that option

Hotel is very old but ok. Not more than that. Non-smoking rooms still smell like smoke and there are no sockets around the bed. Check-in process took long.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel has lots of facilities and standards are high. The breakfast is outstanding and excellent value. The hotel is ideally located for the many attractions in Osaka. As well as 5 mins away, from the nearby metro station (Yodoabashi). I would definitely recommend the ANA Crowne Plaza to stay.

From check in, to check out. I found all the staff to be very helpful and polite. My room was fine, a very comfortable bed, with a range of pillows. The daily room clean was very flexible. It was always a please going back into the room. I used the fitness room, which was mainly set up for CV workouts. I had the buffet breakfast, which was fresh, with an excellent selection of western and Japanese food and tasted lovely. The hotel is a 5 min walk from the nearest Metro station. I would have no hesitation in staying there again.
-
The breakfast was one of the best we had in Japan with a huge range. Very convenient location, 5 minute walk from station.

Don’t listen to bad reviews just get a queen or king room with club access and you will hopefully love it as much as my family and I did. Everything was amazing I can’t wait to come back! Best Hotel for me in Osaka.
