The room is even smaller then Japanase standard. The staff was not helpful. The entrance was weird.

I liked the location and the staff was helpful I also like that you check in via kiosk so that helps with translation issues. For it being a more upscale property I was a little shocked they did not have a on site microwave for customer use. They had to take my items to the back kitchen to heat up.

The locations is a bit off you have to walk alwys 10 min to find a train station. Its more like a business area with not so many cafes. or nice places to spend time on the street. more like business hotel vibes. Expensive breakfast we coulnt effort. We wanted to leave our luggage for 1 hour after checkout they asked us for 30Euros for the lock machines.

Lobby was beautiful and clean. Rooms were small but the space was well utilized. There was a bug on my mattress. Very unhygienic.

The price was good for the value. It was a little far from the cities main attractions but it was kinda close to the train station so it’s not that bad. The room was too small for my liking.

I do not like how the staff handle my passport. They should not bring it to the back.

Loved the value and the laundry amenity! Its nice if you're not wanting to be near touristy areas, but can be pretty far from things you may want to do.

Excellent staff. Great location. Delicious coffee. Great food in restaurant. The from mattress was too hard and too low to the ground for me personally.

The staff were really nice, the place very clean, good value and a good location. Only a short walk from both Osaka and Yadayobashi stations. The restaurant staff also provided me with a vegetarian option which was nice and they were very friendly. I also loved they provided us pyjamas for the stay, and the hotel in general was far better value for money than what we got in Tokyo. We got a double room which was smaller than anticipated, and the bed was quite tough too. Other than that, I can't fault it!

It’s in a quiet neighborhood but walking distance to the train station , family mart and McDonald’s if you’re on a budget . Otherwise , they have a restaurant in the facility that charges 3000 yen for western or Japanese breakfast . It’s clean , staff are very courteous and helpful . The hotel provides free coffee and tea at eh lobby . They also provide free toiletries , slippers and robes The bathroom layout is off . The bathroom door is very close to the beds that every time you open the door , the bright light from the bathroom can wake up somebody sleeping . The door should be facing the other way instead , that is , opposite the closet .
