Stunning. A very special place to stay. Didn't want to go sightseeing as nothing compared to my gorgeous room and floor to ceiling views! Wifi was slow at times, but one of the few places I've stayed in Japan where streaming services on the TV actually worked!

The perfect stay at the Candeo Hotel made our vacation to Japan perfect!! The amenities are fabulous, staff attentive and helpful to all our needs, the wide variety of breakfast choices were delicious and kept us coming back!! Would highly recommend this hotel!! Everything was fabulous!!

The service is low levels. The offer of the lounge is like a high school buffet. The restaurant is mediocre. Above all, we asked for 2 separate blankets instead of 1 big and due to “hotel policy” it’s 4400 JPY. WhT??? In a 5 star hotel???

A bit far from the center of osaka.

To be honest, the property reminded me of a converted office space made hotel. You truly could not get into the bathroom to close the door without manipulation. It was priced right, which led me there, but truthfully, I would never rebook

I booked this hotel due to location and the sky onsen. The Onsen is great and very relaxing with best view of the city. Bed is very comfortable. Elevator is very fast. I have no disappointment of staying here. The Breakfast can be better in term of value for money.

Overall, our stay was affected by a few disappointing issues. First, when we arrived at 13:30, we were asked to pay an additional 2,000 yen for early check-in. While I understand that early check-in may depend on availability, the amount felt unnecessary and not very guest-friendly, especially since the room seemed to be ready. Second, after check-in, we were given room cards that did not work, which prevented us from going to our room right away. This was frustrating, particularly after already being asked to pay extra for early check-in. Finally, the breakfast arrangement was extremely inefficient. The food area is very small and poorly organized, which creates crowding and long lines. Guests were visibly frustrated, and the atmosphere felt chaotic. In addition, there are only two coffee machines for a large number of people, and they are very slow, which made the situation even worse.

the washer/dryer combination did not clean my clothes very well and it took a very long time to dry.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's modern, clean and a quick walk to the Yodoyabashi station. This hotel offers all the niceties you'd expect from a Candeo hotel. Excellent breakfast, absolutely amazing onsen. The skyspa was by far the best onsen I experienced in Japan. The bath was an infinitely pool with an absolutely amazing view of the city. Our King room included lounge access. The lounge included complimentary drinks and really fun finger food. It was such a fun way to begin our evenings. The hotel provided luggage forwarding options. When we arrived our luggage was already in our room. This was my second stay at a Candeo hotel and feel they provide immense value for your money. This hotel did not disappoint, highly recommend. It’s a taxi ride from the Osaka station

Absolutely everything this hotel is next level I wish I had of booked more nights. The onsen baths are the best I have ever been too. There wasn’t anything to not love

The rooms had incredible view of the city Not recommended for families—misleading amenities and poor service I cannot recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling with young kids. While the rooms are a decent size for Japan and there are convenience stores nearby, the negatives heavily outweigh the positives. The lobby is on the 17th floor and gets packed with bags because there is no bellman to help. On-site dining is limited to a buffet and a small café, and after 7:00 PM, the surrounding area turns into a crowded bar district that felt uncomfortable for young children. Housekeeping is intrusive, knocking as early as 9:00 AM to request entry while we were still winding down in our pajamas, yet you still have to ask directly just to get fresh towels. Be aware that the booking description is misleading: there is no laundry service (only expensive, weak coin-op dryers that cost 2,000+ yen to actually wash and dry a load), and the 1800 yen per adult and 900 yen per child not including the limit of two luggage per person . The shuttle only goes to KIX airport, is non-refundable, and does not serve ITM airport. Look elsewhere for a more family-friendly, seamless stay.

wish they were more accommodating for food services or would have told us dinner reservations were recommended as seats fill up fast. Had to find dinner last minute and the location is not the best place for a quick meal
