Really big room! Really big room. We went to multiple "staff picks" restaurants nearby and loved them all!

The room are spacious and clean… The staff in the front desk are not very welcoming to foreigners..

It’s located conveniently and there are a lot of convenience stores nearby No cleaning service if you do not stay longer than 3 nights, smoking room deodorization was super poor, staffs are doing only the bare minimum.

A little tight for a family of 4 but not bad for a quick stay. Still room for luggage with the beds.

This was great room for me to explore Osaka. Easy walk to train station. Plenty great restaurants nearby. Added bonus was Jazz club in Hotel. ( Wow!) Staff let me store my bags after check out which was incredibly helpful. Room had big bathtub with plenty hot water. Access to more on TV.

I love that there was a Family Mart on the first floor and the train station was a 2 min walk. There was no option to purchase breakfast

Location is wonderful! Big useful table and nice bath tub. My room was non smoking room but it is still little smoky. Washlet doesn’t walk well.

Right next to Nishi-Umeda Station Exit 8 and around 5-6mins walk from Osaka Station. The room’s spacious, well insulated and a big table. The lady cleaners in the 9th floor during our stay are very courteous, always on-time and nice! Wish there was utensils and free water

NO ELEVATOR. Keep that in mind when you book. We were a family a four with LARGE luggage. Also consider which train line you will use the most. Eventhough it's near the trains, it's not that close to the line we use most often. We got booked on the 5th floor. after a long day walking around then facing FIVE flights of stairs was exhausting. FYI- if you need something delivered by Japan postal, it will NOT get delivered. Address not found (no idea why, so we had to take a taxi to the post office.)

Good location. Staff was nice. Is close to train stations but not the one we needed we took JR station more. The 24 hour convenience store was downstairs. Super convenient. 7-11 was one street over Not that clean for Japan. Under the toilet rim and under the sink rim was dirty. It was black… dirt or mold?
