Great view, comfortable bed, good room size, great location, and so convenient to have the hot spring water in our private bathroom. The breakfast was superb!

The hotel was super easy to get to from the Osaka Loop Line and had convenience stores and restaurants nearby as well as in the hotel. The staff were lovely and helpful from the minute we walked in. The room was lovely and a decent size when many hotels in Japan are quite compact. Having hotspring water in the bath/shower was wonderful for a good soak. The bed was very comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast each morning.

I loved coffee shop right next lobby. So convenient. Hotel very very clean. They provided 2 bottles of water daily. When I didn't want maid service I still got the service(water & fresh towels) via a bag. That was brilliant idea. Never seen in elsewhere. Bread section was a little weak in breakfast buffet. I didn't understand why you had to slice banana either. I prefer eating whole thing.

The location is simply amazing, it’s an extremely close walk to the metro station with many great restaurants nearby and a cheap sushi place in the basement with a family mart a step outside. The vending machines on each floor also stock alcohol which is a plus. The AC was also excellent espically if you like a cold room Main complaints were that the room was extremely large but the bed was still small as if it was a cramped room, really could have fit almost 3 of the beds. Main complaint was also that the curtains of the room had mold on the bottom of them which should really be changed ASAP

Mineral water option in the room bathtub was amazing. The room in general was of high quality. Room was a bit small but not an issue if one does not spend too much time in their room.

the location is just great, the hotel facilities too, nice coffee/restaurant on the ground floor - they have amazing pasta. It's a bit older but great value for the acommodation. We really enjoyed the stay.

Nice hotel with spacious room size. Room facility and furniture is a bit old. Terrible smoke smell even though the entire hotel should be a non-smoking facility.

Location It was a very old property, cracks on the walls. Broken wash basin. Very bad!
