Staffs are not really welcoming Seems a bit toxic work environment for employees Swimming facilities are additional cost which should be clearly mentioned here

The air conditioning wasn’t on, and the days were quite warm. Our room was uncomfortably warm. We would have moved hotels if we could have, because it was so difficult to sleep in such an overly warm room.

Every thing
-
The room was spacious, free shuttle bus to the train station was an added plus. Also, the bar in the basement was awesome! If i have to nitpick, the hotel was too big.
-
Service and foods are great .
-
The shuttle yo Osaka station No laundry Expensive Tried to cancel the reservation days before but there was a high cancellation fee.
-
No AC it was pretty warm in the room. The drain to the restroom smelled really bad. For it to be a fancy hotel, I except the restroom tub to be nicer. Beds were hard.
-
The location of the underground to go into town was far
-
bathroom is too small
-
cozy and clean

I booked through booking.com, and requested rooms for 13 people, however when I got there it was only for 10, and there was alot of confusion, so I just booked another room. We were tired and had a hard time getting to the hotel as we thought the shuttle was from the Shinkansen, but it was from the JR so we spent too much time walking around looking with a mobility impaired person and several children. Then we were trying to hire several cabs that would not take us. A hour or more later, we got into 3 separate cabs and arrived. There was only one concierge that spoke good English which is why I decided to just reserve an additional room. They did figure out the train and shuttle service which was great, but it was taxi or train/shuttle ride away from everything. Little options for easy family food options, restaurants were good but pricey for large families. Every time we went out, it was 15 to 20 minute Uber/taxi and 40 minutes of walking and train transfers.

It was near a lot of restaurants and stations.

large room , nice view room ,good breakfast they couldnt understand me properly when i asked to replace the standard bed quilt as the daughter was sick and vomitted. the quilt was replaced with a woollen sheet overnight . i asked the lobby staff and the cleaning staff to replace with the standard blanket like the other bed but for the whole stay got stuck with a thin woollen sheet :( even though full room service to change was asked

Great stay for families. The hotel is in a very convenient location, not far from Osaka Station, and close to the Floating Sky Bridge, which was nice to visit. The rooms are spacious, especially for a family with kids, which made our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Overall, a pleasant and practical hotel in Osaka. The room was booked through booking.com for the family with 2 kids , breakfast was included. They wanted us to pay for kids even though the breakfast was included for 4 of us.
-
A friendly, helpful staff; excellent facilities and convenient parking. And very good for a family of 3, one a 2 year old

The room was spacious, the beds were large (not the typical small bed you see in the usual Japan hotels). The location was a bit far train stations, though there is a shuttle bus going to and fro to the train stations. The staff were friendly and accomodating. We felt safe during our stay in this hotel. The convenience store is a bit far.

Clean, beautiful, excellent breakfast! Very nice hotel A little hard to get to the train station, although they have shuttles

The location is not great. You have to think about a cab almost everything. I had booked for a family of 4. 2 adults and 2 kids (12/17) with breakfast. At check in they said breakfast was not included. Once I showed the booking they agreed. About the room also it was same. I had booked a king suite but 1 single bed was given for 17 year old and one king size for 1 2 adults and 12 year old. First they asked me to pay for extra bed. Again after showing the booking they agreed to provide it for free.
