The room felt dirty and the bathroom had mold which caused sneezing and coughing for us as well as stains on the bed. Overall we didn’t want to stay any longer.

Too cold

The staff was AWESOME!!! the rooms were beautiful and spacious and had a balcony! No jacuzzi, had a bit of a strange smell
-
We loved the location and size of the room We stayed here before and loved it but this time around we are on the side of the tracks and it was too loud
-
I love how the room is spacious and great view of the city. Staff is very accommodating and love the location, easy access to the station.

Attention, clean, accessibility. Don't breakfast
-
It was very nice, room and all facilities were clean It’s a bit far from the main train station. There’s a private railway next to it but it wasn’t included within the Osaka Amazing Pass.

Clean room and spacious entrance Nothing

Big and clean room, comfortable stay and good value for the money. No common areas. Corridors smell of cigarettes.

The location was perfect! Staff were kind & polite. Tram was a 60 second walk away. Close to a lot of shopping stores & restaurants. Nearest mall was 25/30 min walk or 2 minute tram ride. Easy to travel around & worth the price of stay.

Very good

cancelled our stay with not much notice at all

The room was okay and had some basics to get us by. No smell of sewage (as previous reviews mentioned) but we was on 7th floor and could hear the noise from outside. At one point, I thought I was sleeping outside with how loud it was. What would’ve been useful were recommendations of nearby breakfast places, or at least some cutlery so we could have something substantial in our hotel room. There is a nearby 7-11 to save you for breakfast, but a hotel should provide breakfast in the cost or charge extra for breakfast. The Chinese restaurant was not open at the time of staying, and they didn’t offer an alternate incentive for their customers. In addition, the staff were very nonchalant and did not care for us as customers. There was hardly anyone at the desk most times we went in and out of the hotel. Upon reflection, I would not stay again.

Exceptional

How clean, comfortable and spacious it was. Very quiet at night and local shops. It was a little bit far from the centre but that was not a problem with the trains.

The first room we were allocated stank of sewage. We tried to make it work but it smelt so bad that we had to ask to change rooms. We asked to be on the opposite side of the train tracks so it was less noisy when moving and they said that was fine at the time and it would be after midday, when we did change rooms it was on the same side as the trains. We only received one hotel room key between us and were told to drop it off to the desk in the morning if we wanted the room cleaned. The staff entered our room without knocking twice and we still don't know why. We also had them call the intercom at 8.30pm one night and don't know why. We received one pillow each and one of us got a foot injury that needed elevation, we asked for 2 more pillows (1 more each) and were told they weren't available until the next day. They made us come to the front desk to collect only one extra pillow the next day. The balcony has a large emergency ladder hatch in the doorway out, and there is one tiny line in the hotel stay booklet that says not to use the balconies as they are "unsafe". Level 11 is supposed to have a spa for guests, but it is permanently closed, as is the Chinese restaurant in the lobby. The lift only fits 2 people and the lobby only has 2 seats. There is no microwave in the rooms but a singular one in the lobby.

Nothing.

Very near bus and tramway stop and less crowded. Nothing.

Overall it is really worth the price. Rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy, no weird odours or dirty places. The area is quiet, which I enjoy. Request the highest room so you won't hear the tram, I was on the 9th floor and didn't hear it at all. Tram is behind the hotel which can take you to the main station for transport. The staff were nice and helpful. You can even request an iron from the reception. The restaurant in the hotel was temporarily closed.

The room was clean and comfortable for our one night stay. It did the job - with a working bathroom and a TV (as well a nice view of the street below). The staff were the best part. Very friendly and welcoming, allowing us to store our luggage at the hotel until our later check-in - it was even in the room when we arrived back at the hotel. Wifi works. Overall, nice staff, decent stay for the price.
