My after hours key did not work but someone let me in, i should have mentioned on checkout.

Staff was helpful and professional. Rooms were very small like staying in a walk-in closet with low ceilings and a pad to sleep on the floor. Booking.com quoted $50 a night but I ended up paying over $500 for 4 days.

It is smaller that what I expected but I goes it is worth the price.

Towels and Amenities are provided and chick in and check out is extremely easy. After lobby hours, a key is required to leave and reenter for safety and there are also vending machines that offer beer and Non-Alcoholic soda, tea, juice and coffee. Lawson and family mart as well as Restaurants are right across the street and up the block many of them open Late. Ity is a VERY fun and inexpensive place to stay and foreigner friendly. Highly reccommend.

Everything is okay, close to City center

Newer and clean with slightly larger rooms. Next to station. Excellent value. Hotel had slight stale tobacco smell although I only ever saw 1 person smoking in the smoking area which was under the emergency steps. Dryer took 300 yen for 90 minutes and my few clothes still came out damp. All minor points. Would otherwise give 10 for overall value

The staff are just amazing and they are super helpful and interested in your stay. The lobby is very convenient because you can get free cold and hot tea and coffee and also cold drinkable water. And also they serve croissants for 200 yen. The room is extremely small. Bathrooms and toilets are shared.

The location is amazing. Super close to everything. Having blackout curtains to avoid waking up early, as well as some large shower towels, would be greatly appreciated.

The shared toilets and public bath area was well-used and there was a lot of uncleaned parts / walls, although the majority of it was fine. Major areas of the room were reasonably clean, but very dusty underneath the bed. There was only one shared toilet in the men's room with three urinals for a whole floor of mostly men (that I saw). Not ideal.

Loved my time here. The Japanese-style room is perfect for one person, even with a big luggage (might be cramped for 2), and I worked comfortably from there. The fridge was a nice bonus. The facilities are overall good, the lobby is awesome and the working/eating space has sockets and free drinks (like coffee and tea). The Japanese bath was fantastic! You will be in one of the two more popular areas for tourists, and next to two different stops. You can also get to Nara in 30min from here. There's a couple of things I would improve: a door and hot water in the washroom or a sink in the shower room, there's basically no in-between between a full shower and only being able to wash your teeth because washrooms have no door (only for the toilet cubicles) but shower rooms only have the shower inside; a tiny mirror, even a sticker one, in the room.

Staff were very nice. (And cute ?) Showers were a little dirty, especially the carpet. Restrooms on the 7th floor and possibly all the floors didn't have hot water making it slightly unpleasant to wash my face or brush my teeth (I have sensitive to cold teeth.)

It wa a short stay for me while waiting to go to the kansai airport and it's really close to shin imamiya station which is very convenient. Just a bit noisy and pillow was uncomfortable
