I very often stay here when I’m in Osaka, the location is fantastic, the front desk super friendly and often giving out holiday themed gifts, and the price is so cheap. Really useful place!

The carpet on the 3rd floor where I stayed was very dirty. The walls of the room were also dirty

Very simple but adequate. The staff were great, good atmosphere. The interiors were well looked after and recently done up. Other guests there were polite and friendly. Shared bathroom, shower is less convenient, but fine for this type of stay.

it is soooo close to the station, minimart and supermarket. it’s a hotel and i got my own room (i only booked hostel before) and they provide free drinks. it’s cheap and definitely worth the money. we got new towels everyday but you have to get it at the receptionist. the staffs were very helpful. they have elevator and female shower rooms are in the first floor. most importantly the check in time is not like other places (after 4 PM) i’m not very fond of the neighborhood… as a girl traveling alone i wouldn’t recommend go around past 9 PM

Great location, next to the train station. Friendly staff and a good sized room. The shower was very good and cleanliness excellent. All the requirements for a comfortable stay. The proximity to Shinsekai is also a bonus.

The location next to the subway station is brilliant (do note that the station has many stairs without elevators... a bit tough for those with large luggage). It's close enough to Shinsekai but not quite in the middle of it. The jacuzzi / hot tub on the top floor is fantastic with a view over the neighborhood. The room (I and a tatami one) on a smoking floor (last room available so no option for a non smoker like myself) was awful. The cigarette smell was so hideous that it has hard to sleep. The bedding's cleanliness was questionable so I was uncomfortable the entire time I was there.

the rules,, we asked to your staff to call a taxi for us because we aren't fluent in nihongo to talk to the taxi driver but they refused to do that !

Smoking smell allover on the floor, light in the room is very low, mattress not good

Train stops around 00:00 so the noice from the train when sleeping is not an issue. They also offer free earplugs in the lobby ??

Its very near the train station which made it great for travelers. We were also able to walk from the property to Namba ?. They should add more shower area because it takes a while to wait for the shower area to be available

Great ammenities and consistency in providing the products we get to use during my stay Some of the bidet and toilet doesn't work properly. Often times the sink is dirty from previous use and the shower room on my floor was broken
