I picked this hotel since the rating is high on booking.com and now I totally agree it. Great service and friendly staff. The location was great! Breakfast was tasty with a local touch. Really enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely stay here again if we came to Osaka.

For the price we paid, it was a good deal. While everything in Japan is very clean, our room had signs of over used and oldness.

everything. superb location. staff were very very friendly and helpful everyday no matter the requests. Bonus was the staff arranging for my luggage to be sent to the airport and storing it a few times. I also received amazon packages. Housekeeping staff were nice too and were careful to not make much noise when cleaning adjacent rooms. I have already booked again for 2027. nothing

Staff service during breakfast. Disregard for foreigners. They put us on the side area, where the big grill is placed, although there were tables available in main area. Staff don’t pick up trays after finish.
