Really convenient, close to the metro, and the staff even allowed us to store our luggage while we walked around before check-in. Rooms were great & roomy by Japanese standards. No complaints!

The room was very clean, close to the train station, check-in and check-out were convenient and quick, and the staff were helpful. The time we stayed was high season, so the room rates were quite expensive for a long stay.

Perfect location close to train station. Excellent accommodations, delicious and generous buffet breakfast Complicated to understand and be understood. Not one staff speaks English

Very convenient of location and downstair Donki department shop is very useful shopping too. Food for seven eleven too. We try 1 morning breakfast was very good too. Overall best hotel to stay ??? Clean & friendly staff too.

The breakfast was more continental but tasty, enjoyed the coffee machine , fish dish, salad, miso soup, sausage, scrambled eggs , custard dessert . The breakfast area was at the level of the front desk and the wall windows had a panaramc view of the zoo area. The room for a single was adequate and clean and the night robe fit more western sizes. Body bath towel was soft and highly absorbent. Location was close to JR Tennoji Station , right above Don Quijote which had elevator service drectly into the 5th floor. The bed was comfortable but a bit soft to my liking, I like it firm to very firm.

When I came back, windows is opened. I understand that hotel staff open it . Normally I will keep the room tidy before I leave and I put the sign " no cleaning " , It means I don't want anyone to enter my room. I feel ashamed with my untidy room.

This location is close to Tennoji Station, and you can access it by exiting through the Mio Building. If you want to avoid traffic and cars, you can use the pedestrian overpasses and make use of the elevators and escalators inside buildings if you are transporting luggage. You have to walk for a little bit and look for the Don Quijote that takes up the first five floors. Reception is on Floor 7. You can also get to your room from Don Quijote if you have a key card with you. The laundry room is on the tenth floor, and it takes about 2 hours to dry clothes. Wash laundry at odd times so you can get a machine. The staff is helpful and the beds are comfortable. My family and I shared a standard twin room and a compact twin room. If you don’t need extra space and can make small rooms work, book the compact twin room to save some money. There was nothing bad to say.

The room is good and it's near to the station and other food restaurants. it's just the staff aren't that friendly. And the service isn't that good. The clock in the room is not working .

- Excellent location - walking distance from Tennoji station, shopping malls and directly above a Donki store for some late night browsing - Clean and spacious room + bathroom - Friendly and polite staff - Self check in machines available but staff is there to help out - Very nice lounge/waiting area with a nice view - OK to leave your luggage for a bit after check out - Room was a bit on the pricier side, but for the location it's understandable

The service and the location are superb! The staff were so nice and very helpful. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from Tennoji station which can connect you to anywhere in Osaka with ease. Within walking distance, you’ll arrive in Tsutenkaku, Shinsekai, Shintennoji temple, Abeno Haruka building as well as 3 different shopping centers. You’re literally surrounded by food options! Plus you have Don Quixote down under the same building. One thing to note is that the pillow is rather hard. Other than that, I will stay here if I visit Osaka again.
