Great location for folks looking for night life and access to underground shopping and restaurants. Ideal for young people who don’t need much space. The rooms are fairly small, even for Japan, and the location isn’t ideal for families, but overall we were quite happy with our stay.

Good value for the price, we loved breakfast. We let our powerbank in our room and the staff shiped it to Tokyo in two days, we value this a lot.

We were very happy with the hotel. Location was great. Room was clean and spacious compared to other japanese hotels I've stayed at. Breakfast was excellent. I would come back and stay again and will share this with my friends as well.

Great location. Minutes away from Umeda. Our room was cozy, clean and comfy. Friendly staff with great English skills too. Not much. May be just beware that the aware the area around the hotel can be a bit rowdy at night, but other than that everything is great.

Location was okay. Room was small. It was typical Ibis hotels. Reception can be more friendly. They seemed unhappy and forcing to work there. Even though ı did online checkin they did another check in for me in there so ı waited sometime.

Bed was very uncomfortable especially since we have a child who couldn’t sleep in the middle of the bed as the middle of bed was higher and round shaped

The room was comfortable, and we preferred the bathroom's more modern shower. The view was also really great. The bedside table was a bit on the small side, and there was no area for another person to put their devices near the bed when on charge.
