The instructions for the laundromat and temperature control unit were all only in Japanese, making it hard to use those for someone with limited/no language knowledge.

The location and easy check in process. It could be very loud on the street side of hotel.

Hotel had a central location. Super close to Umeda station and lots of places to eat and shop around the area. Kind staff. BED BUGS. This hotel had bed bugs and it ruined my entire experience in Osaka, which is massively disappointing since it's such a lovely area. The rooms were also dirty and the carpets were sticky! Looking back, I'm not surprised I found some, but it truly was a pain trying to deal with them when traveling/going back home. I genuinely regret not asking for a refund or compensation of some kind; I was so overwhelmed with stress that I didn't bother asking the front desk to see if we could be financially compensated for the turmoil this put us through. Bed bugs are genuinely no joke and having one in your home is a financial, mental, and physical nightmare. The staff was pleasant and allowed us to switch rooms, but I have regrets about staying at this hotel. I would never come back due to the lack of cleanliness and infestation. To clarify, I am very certain we did not carry the bed bugs ourselves; we found them in the hotel when it wasn't an issue at our previous stays during our visit in Japan.

Location was fine, relatively easy place to navigate to and from. Lots of great bars nearby. The room was not very clean. The bathtub drain was backed up so there was water that would come up and pool at our feet, and even when not in use there was a small buildup around the drain. The accent pillows and throw sheet looks dirty, very used to a point that the fabric was kind of falling apart. The breakfast that I had prepaid for was pretty off putting, cold dishes, overall kind of dirty looking kitchen area. we all didn’t want to eat there again so that was a waste of money.

Comfy pillows/bed. Hot water. Decent wifi. Good spot.

Everything Nothing
-
Only thing is carpet probably needs to be replaced because you can easily spot stains.
-
The toiletries are not going well with my skin. The body wash dried up my skin bad. The bed is too soft to my liking. The carpet looks a bit old.
-
Nice location. Right at the umeda train station with lots of food options.
-
Clean modern style. Breakfast ran out of several items with no or very slow replacement so breakfast items were limited. We had family on another floor and hotel key would allow access by the elevator to your floor so I had to take the stairs several times to get to the other floor.
-
The breakfast. The food was cold except for the miso soup and rice. The check out time was too early ,10 am. We arrived at 12 midnight.

Location clean attractive lobby good shower good coffee see Room small barely room for suitcases many food selection f Looked old- poor fresh fruit and cereal bread individual wrapped pieces no toaster no jelly only plane yoghurt

The location is good, near Umeda Station and major shopping malls. The Airport Limousine pick-up point is just a block away. The hotel is directly connected to the subway underpass. All good.
-
room was nice Paid $50 for the breakfast one morning. The bacon and eggs were stone cold, absolutley aweful

The location was close to Osaka station but was very hard to navigate anywhere with Google Maps as the places I wanted to go were on diferent levels and with no easy road crossings it was hard to navigate. Also Osaka station is not where you get the bullet train from so you ned to get another train from Osaka to Shin-Osaka. The rom was tiny and filthy. Horrible plastic shet for the bath and the shower tap had to be held in one hand and wash with the other. I asked for the rom to be cleaned when I left at 9am and it stil wasn't cleaned when I returned at 4pm. Only 1 towel for my stay and hair in the bathroom that was clearly not mine. Worst hotel ever.

Some staff at the reception barely speaks english. Thick layer of dust underneath beds. Too tiny room.
-
There is no space between the beds.

The hotel is well located and the room was comfortable and modern, if a little small. The staff were friendly. Although the hotel was generally very quiet, there was some noise from the street (to be expected in a busy area) and also in the corridor as other guests returned late at night.
