Absolutely a magnificent hotel. The property is just Beautiful..the rooms are ample and modern with all you can think off. The staff is amazing and they are always attentive and cordial. They always make you feel that you are welcomed. The concierge is amazing !! She helped us so much finding impossible things .. she is great!!! I liked everything honestly.

Everyone was very friendly and very accommodating. We especially appreciated the view from our room and the cleanliness of the entire hotel. Breakfast was also amazing. We were disappointed in one of our dinners in the cafe. We both choose the beef option for the multi course meal. It was a very thin piece of meat vs a nice filet.

The staff was so nice, helpful and accommodating. I will definitely book another reservation if I come back to Japan. This hotel was one of the highlights of my trip there and my room was so comfortable. Nothing.

It's a beautiful lounge with sparkling wine and light snacks available. With a beautiful view of the city. The hotel is cleaned to a very high standard. They even put a freshly cut flower in our bathroom every day. The water pressure in the shower was great. The breakfast buffet was very good, especially the fresh fruit which was delicious. And the eggs Benedict prepared by chefs. They provided Japanese food and Western breakfast food. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. We stayed 4 nights and didn't want to leave We had to take a taxi or walk 15 minutes to the train. So getting around town was possibly a little inconvenient, as a regular tourist.
