The buffet breakfast was on the 17th floor - a fantastic view to go along with an amazing breakfast. The quality and variety of foods offered at the buffet was exceptional.

Waiting time for the elevator is quite long when the hotel is full. Especially if there is a wedding event at the hotel.

Nearly station, good for transition by rail. Not sure why have motors noise in the midnight, may cause it locate at Main Street.

This was such a fantastic place. When I checked in, the staff actually took me to the staff elevator because there was a long queue at the main elevators (due to a large tour group). The check-in and checkout processes were so smooth. The location is absolutely perfect! It’s literally got its own underground entrance from Tennoji station so that you don’t have to go out in the heat (or the cold). All in all, I’d give this my highest possible recommendation. Nothing. Everything was on point.

Even the hotel is already 25 years old plus, but still well maintain, two chair inside with small round table, with 2 single bed + 2 big laguage you still feel confort, towel and bed cover change daily, mineral water daily, cleaning service very polite.

Location to subway & rail stations The shower water was intermittent cold though tune to warm water

I like their location best. Near KIX by a train , 35 min . Also it’s near a big department store.
