Centris and easy access Rooms are not so well kept, walls are stained and air conditioning needs a bit of maintenance, we had to request change of room cause of the smell and appearance of the air conditioner

Got a two bed so a lot of space, location was convenient Didn’t feel the cleanest, sheets were yellow walls were stained

The location was excellent! Just a few minutes walk from Dotonbori main strip where the Glico Man is and near Nippombashi train station exit. Also a 5 minute walk to a shuttle bus service to the airport. Our room in particular was very tiny, we couldn't even open our luggages. They also did not provide daily cleaning services like other hotels would. But they would just give you new towels every day and you can leave your bin out to be emptied every day.

Front desk staff was helpful getting checked in quickly. Bare bones but does its job as a place to sleep and refresh yourself for a night. The only downside is the keycard. They give you one per room and the room requires you to put it in a slot in the wall to turn on the lights. If more than one person is staying in a room, that means whoever goes out won’t have a key card and is locked out, or the person staying inside won’t have access to the lights.

It was a simple room that only accommodated for my sleeping needs. I did not particularly enjoyed staying in there, which is fine as I was there to explore! The window constantly whistled as the pressure of trying to keep the room warm created a vacuum and made the window constantly whistle which made it hard to sleep. Also, there was a busted hole in one of my walls.

The heated toilet was nice. The room was too small. There is hardly any space to store luggage in the room or walk around the bed.

Location is perfect for tourist. Walking distance to dotonbori and train stations. Staff was really helpful, specially to Shrestha Anees. When our booking app for the airport transfer had a glitch, he was very helpful in looking for a way to contact our driver. Excellent service. None

Okay quiet despite the area. Actual view from windows, and that they actually opened. Clean modern building. Looks nice. Not the property as such, but the breakfast was a bit bland. For guests staying several days, a variety on the menu would have been great.

The room is very spacious for our family and the staffs are all accommodating. Very near to subway.

The bathroom was very clean and it looked new. I expected a writing table. That was missing.

The location was good enough. The chair, shower curtain, etc. were dirty or super old. You need to pay to get your room cleaned. There were no closets or any place to put your suitcases.
