Very good breakfast, you can select from traditional, curry, cold soba or western breakfast. I tried all of them and they were very good

Great location. Small room for 3 adults, but it was clean and comfy. Soundproof. Breakfast was amazing- loved the origami on our plates.

Although in the tourist center with busy restaurants, it is quiet Quite small but that is expected

The location was really cool, in the middle of action. The room had some space, the bed was good. The breakfast was ok

It is really close to Dotombori and the metro, the staff were very helpful and nice, the food was amazing it us several options of breakfast. Simply amazing!

Really got the traditional Kyoto feel, unbeatable location - super clean.

The location was excellent, right in the center of Dotonbori but still about a block away from the busiest streets and also very close to the train station. The staff was very friendly and professional and the rooms were clean. I would definitely stay here again! My only complaint would be that the dryers in the laundry room took like 2 hours to dry even a small load of laundry. But there was a vending machine with beer in the laundry room so it helped to cushion the minor frustration lol. All in all an extremely small complaint!

great place, nothing extraordinary but clean and kind staff. location was great. slow elevator, not a big deal but keep in mind you might wait a while, plan accordingly if you are in a hurry

Love the location just around all the resto and near to Glico. The pillow . We our not use to this kind of bed flooring which is the tradition Japanese style . For younger age don’t feel uncomfortable but for us 50 and 60 of age difficult to stand up in this kind of bed.

Good location if you want to be in Dotonburi. Rooms are small but complete. Breakfast is good. TV has lots of options (according to my son) I had no idea it was right in an outdoor mall. So no break from the bustle of Dotonburi. I would not say it’s a great value for the price. Maybe Osaka is all expensive?

Everything Nothing

Great location, right in the heart of the city. The staff was nice and helpful. Appreciate the free drinks and coffee. Comfortable bed and pillows. Fair price. The standard double room is small but ok if you only have carry-ons. What was problematic for us was the humidity. We could not open our window and the room was humid when we checked-in. The bathroom fan is not very effective so it makes it worse. No choice but to use the AC but then the room is quite cold.

The location was perfect. it was right in the middle of everything but quiet. My only regret was that we didn’t get the bigger room. Our room was very small so we had trouble positioning our luggage. Other than that it was great. Breakfast was good and convenient as well. Would recommend.

The location of the hotel was in a bustling area. It also is very spacious even for Western standards. Lastly, the staff was very accomodating and helpful especially when we needed to send our luggages to our respective airports - just be prepared that they won't be extremely fluent in English.

I liked that it was very close to many restaurants, shopping and the subway system. Breakfast was included which was great since many places are not open early in the morning. Like all hotels in Japan, space is very limited and I wish there was a gym to workout.

Good location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and free beverages including coffee ?. But what we liked most is that it’s very accessible to everything. Good value for money We highly recommend this place None. Everything’s fine Keep it up

I really like the breakfast there. They a drinks bar which was lovely to grab a quick coffee/tea and other beverages whenever I wanted. I also really liked the staffs/help desk. Everyone was very friendly and helpful!
