KOKO HOTEL Osaka Namba Sennichimae

Staff really friendly. Really conveniently located in the heart of Dontonbori, plus next to metro station and 7eleven. Comfortable beds. Room and bathroom were small. Bathroom door had to be closed all times, specially after shower, to avoid triggering the fire alarm.

Staff were courteous and friendly, the metro station is right in front of the property, good breakfast and different varieties everyday and the room that we were in is just the right size for a couple with three luggages. Thank you KOKO HOTEL staff for treating us well? None

It was close to Namba. I didn’t like the fact that it was in the second building. We got disconnected from the hotel.

The stay was great! Clean, comfortable but rooms are VERY SMALL. Location is really nice. Small rooms. It's great for one person maybe 2 but not 3

Location of the hotel is fantastic. Short walking distance to Dotonburi, 7-11 is literally next door, train stations are close by. Room had fantastic air conditioning and bathroom is big. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family. N/A

The location is very convenient by train to all the destination we travel. We can hear lots of noise at night from outside traffic and motorcycle sounds

I definitely liked that it was close to Namba Station and Dotonbori. The location was great because there were so many restaurants to choose from and plenty of places to shop nearby. It also made getting around the city very convenient, and there was always something to do just a short walk away.

Breakfast was ok. MY son has food allergy to Sesame,seafood and all kinds of nuts. Hotel should also think of guests with food allergy. More choices. Hotel should have control of the coin laundry. A hotel guest washed their clothes and left 3 machines unusable because they did not get their clothes at due time. I kept coming back if washing was available but was not ( waiting more than 4 hrs). Hotel should have the rt to remove clothes left in the washing machines.

The location was right across a metro station, our stay was moderately priced, central location to most of the places we wanted to visit. We booked the family room, the in room washer was very very convenient and the primary reason we chose this location. We sort of didnt know that the family rooms were located in the "residence" building which means you have to exit the main lobby area, go outside and then go into the building next door. This meant that if you wanted to use the ice machine, eat breakfast at the hotel or talk to the staff, you had to go outside and to the next building (it was raining during our stay) this was a bit of a bothersome item.

I loved everything about the property!!! Its close to Dotonbori and Namba walk. Easy to locate. They are able to accept our luggages deliverd from Tokyo. They stored our luggages when we were checking out. The family room is really spacious. There is a 7-eleven right below the building making midnight snacks easier. Will always be staying here if we are in Osaka! 100/10 will recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I loved the location of the property!!!! The rooms are quite small though but overall, the location and the service tops it all. Glad I found this place and will keep coming back here. They are also very responsive on the questions that we have and for that, we really appreciate them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff was definitely amazing! Loved the breakfast. Great location. Small room compared to what American hotel rooms are. Enough for 3 carryons, and 2 checkins. Played tetris with the luggage. Didn't make the stay less great though!

The location is amazing, it's even right next to a 7 Eleven. The rooms where the most spacious we stayed in all of our trip to Japan. The room also had a washer/dryer that worked very well. It was my favorite stay during our family trip to Japan. I can't think of anything I didn't like. I loved this place and would stay here again for sure.

Perfect location and great value No free water bottles in room but tap water is potable so really not an issue

The location of this hotel was excellent and one of the best parts of our stay. It was close to shopping, restaurants, train stations, and many of the attractions we wanted to visit. The room was also spacious, which was appreciated for our family and luggage. Unfortunately, we found it difficult to get assistance or accommodations from the staff. Whenever we asked for help, there seemed to be some resistance or pushback. For example, when we wanted to arrange luggage transfer in advance, we were repeatedly told to come back the next day or wait until the last day of our stay. This was frustrating, especially since we had no issues arranging luggage transfers ahead of time at other hotels during our trip. We also experienced an unpleasant sewer-like odor coming from the bathroom throughout our stay. In addition, after using the washer/dryer, our clothes came out smelling bad, likely due to odor buildup around the rubber seal of the machine.
