Bathroom mirror needs more lighting and maybe light adjuster for head board lights, it was a bit too bright.

The room was a good size (for Japan), breakfast was pretty good also. Location was in a great part of Osaka right next to the subway and downtown area. The staff were extremely rude. I have never had a bad experience while visiting Japan but the hotel staff here made it go from a very exciting weekend trip to a I cant wait to get out of this place. They were just very rude when I ran into an issue with my room key, pre-paid breakfast, and they said that kids stay free but somehow a kid is 5 years old and under.

Blocks away from Dontonbori shops and restaurants. The room we got had 4 beds and mini kitchen, so very roomy. Breakfast was good, great smoothies. The subway entrance was right infront of hotel. Staff was very welcoming We were able to hear noise from motorcycles. Otherwise, everything was great.

Everything was new and modern. The room and bathroom was clean. Overall, it was very spacious and comfortable. It was convenient with 7-11 and Family Mart right outside and the subway way very close and easy to access. The breakfast was good and there was ample room to eat in peace. The trash cans were way too small, we had to bring our trash to the front desk, I didn’t care for the wash cloths.

It was a bit noisy being close to a highway, and outside noises came in thru the vent over the stove, but we had a sound conditioner, so it wasn't a problem for us. I would definitely stay there again.

We didn't eat at the hotel, but there are many wonderful options around. The location was fantastic as it was near everything that we wanted like Dotonbori, Namba walk, the subway, the train station. The staff are very courteous and they're very kind. The place clean, albeit the rooms are a bit small, but that didn't detract from the experience. I highly recommend.

Location! And space! KOKO HOTEL Osaka Namba Sennichimae Perfect location, train station right under us. Namba walk, which was great on those super hot days to stay cool when walking to other areas. Close to dontonbori. Stayed in a family annex /residential. So 4 full beds, washer/dryer, dining room, shower /tub wet room and bathroom, kitchenette. 7 eleven right downstairs (attached to building) family mart 1 block down. Took us less than 5 mins to walk down and access nippombashi station. And again access to Namba walk which helps when we want to walk to other streets without the outside heat. Namba city mall, dontonbori (8 min walk), round 1 (24 hours), Namba station (5-7) min walk. A lot of restaurants were open 24 hours and just things to do/see during those jet lagged night! Room was clean and AC worked great. No complaints. Would stay again

Great location, awesome staff, clean rooms, had all the amenities I needed including a kitchenette and washer / dryer. The drain area connected to the washer smelled like sewage so it made the rest of the bathroom area smell as well. If they had a free filtered water dispenser that would be add plus.

I love that the hotel is close to Dotonbori..Just a short walk to the center of attractions...close to restaurants and stores. I didn't like that the hotel only provide 1 Pillow per guest.
