It's convenient and new. We only stayed one night but it was super convenient location wise. The staff there were all friendly and speaks good English as well which is a big bonus. There's an only one elevator working out of 2 at the check out so it was a little chaotic but the nice front desk lady was tried her best to navigate us so that was nice. They have a spa but they don't provide extra towels for that so we had to dry out own towels each time... Also each time when we go down to the convenience store downstairs which always stops at the front desk before reach down wherever...guess this was due to security reason tho...

Hotel is clean and comfortable. The location is great if you are looking to be close to the Osaka Castle, and away from the busy touristy area. There is a convenient store on the property. The breakfast was good. And the proximity to the train station is great. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Had everything I needed. It was very close to Kyobashi station and Osaka Castle. The baths felt great and the pjs were super comfortable. The room was bigger than I’ve seen at other places in Japan. I’d also really recommend the breakfast, it was delicious.

very close to JR Kyobashi station which made it accessible. only thing to look out for is that you have to exit through the West Exit for direct overhead pass to the hotel. We made a mistake to exit via North Gate the first time we walked there and we really struggled to find the place after that. Kyobashi area itself have many food, retail and amenities around, easily accessible to other major places via train yet it is away from the hustle of other major stations like Osaka or Namba. The facilities in the hotel was good and we enjoyed the onsen. It does get quite quiet at night after midnight. The 7-11 convenience store that is directly at the 2nd floor of the hotel closes at 11.30pm (when usually most combinis in Japan are 24hr) and the overhead pass that links to JR also locks after the last train. Hence assessibility becomes a lot more limited when its late at night.

Great location for the event I attended by Osaka Castle. The room is larger than most Japanese Business hotels. Short walk to the train station and many restaurants. There is a nice public bath on the top floor, however, if you have any tattoos, you are not allowed to use it. Such an outdated rule that serves no purpose in modern society.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The location of the hotel was near a lot of popular sight-seeing spots. The laundry area was crowded and it was difficult to get a machine.

Position very good, break fast at the cafe was also quiet good!

I liked the proximity to Kyobashi station; a 3-5 minute walk from the WEST EXIT of the station! The beds are a bit uncomfortable. They need to provide more than one pillow. And also the instructions should be updated to reflect how to get to the reception area. You gotta go up to the 3rd floor to check in.

Location, cleanliness, price Very poor internet connection in my room (signal dropping all the time, just a few minutes stable connection)

Exceptional

clean, facilities, location, staff not aware that the reception desk is on the 3rd floor, no direction at the entrance

I had a great stay in Via Inn Prime Osaka. The room was clean, comfortable, and safe. Although it's not super near the Dotonbori area, the location is super convenient for my itinerary, it's right by the Kyobashi station (on the Osaka Loop Line), take the west exit, 3min walk, and you are there! The staff was kind and friendly. There's also a coin washing machine (500 yen for a full load), an ice machine, and an onsen! (I didn't get to try it, unfortunately) And they provide a fresh set of hotel wear every day. I was lucky to have a room with a view of the river lined with cherry blossom trees! Watched as the flowers blossomed over the days :). There's also a shopping mall nearby. It's a good location for day trips to Kyoto as well, and USJ, I highly recommend this place! Everything was great!
