All good! Mind your head when entering the room ?.

Smallest hotel bathoom I have ever seen in Japan yet. Air conditonner was not working properly. It was heating instead of shooting cold air. I had to open the windows all night. Also, I had to fix the toilet flush cable because it was getting stuck after each flush.

It is only a 5 - 8 min walk from the station (depending on how fast you walk). There are so many eateries around and at night, there are plenty of nice bars. It has everything I need, toiletries, hot water, a microwave at the lobby and so on. The room is big enough for me to open up my cabin-size luggage, the toilet is clean, and wifi is great for working remotely. I have no complaints. I would stay here again if I'm looking for hotels in Kyobashi next time. If you are a light sleeper, maybe the sound of a train passing will wake you up, but I slept like a baby. You will need to climb a short flight of stairs after you exit the station to walk to the hotel and the pathway is a little disjointed at the beginning, but not difficult to look for directions.

it’s very close to the train station where you can access osaka and kyoto. the rules are very inflexible. i have stayed in lots of hotels in the same price range where i was allowed to check in early because i’m tired or felt sick as long as the room is ready. i could not believe they were going to charge me to go into the room 1 hour early. if they have not cleaned it by then, i wonder why they needed people to check out by 10 am! a lot of people were crowding the lobby to check in at around 30 mins they open check in. it was ridiculous! looks really bad too! secondly, i don’t understand why the staff’s attitude are so casual. they walk around, slamming doors and chatting loudly. i see so many staff in polo shirts with shorts and casual slippers it was soooo unprofessional! and if they have that many cleaning staff, why are the rooms not ready?? the toilet seat was too big for the toilet bowl that sometimes it moves off the toilet bowl. everytime it happened i genuinely thought i was going to fall. the bath tub is small and the drain gets clogged easily. i only started washing my hair when the water started pooling around my feet. it feels really icky. and because of that i didn’t get to shower in the morning when i wanted to.

It was clean. Convenient. DO NO STAY HERE!!! The staff were discriminatory, rude, unhelpful unprofessional. The hotel literally pasted instructions and tagged every single item in the building. E.g. property of … fine etc. check in is 3 pm. I reached early and was turned away multiple times. I fell asleep in the lounge. They woke me up rudely.. after waiting for hours. At 2pm I tried to check in again. Nope.. not allowed. Was advised that if I wanted to check in early, I had to pay a fine of 1650 yen. Tried again at 2:30pm .. same thing. Only exactly at 3pm was I finally allowed to check in. But I had to stand there and listen to them reading all the rules like I was in school. I booked a hotel to stay but ended up at MacDonalds, then curbside. This was literally the worst experience I had. They had stickers under the toilet, toolet door, literally everything. Stickers about prohibition etc. wow crazy. I pleaded for wifi.. I was in distress and needed to contact friend. Staff wouldn’t lift a finger. Until I’m officially check in at exactly 3pm. Even the wifi signal is bad .. and the train is super noisy. Make sure to ask for the side of the hotel that does not face the train. Literally 0 sense of hospitality. They literally put a fridge to block you from using the bedside cabinet. The whole list goes on. I DO NO RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

It is near the station.

Staff was really great and made the check-in process a breeze. If you arrive early, or wish to stay in Osaka a bit longer after check-out, you can request for free luggage storage services. There's also free coffee available every morning. its convenience to the nearby Kyobashi station makes travelling around Osaka easy and it is located near town area too! NIL - I think the price we paid were quite reasonable and we got a decently sized room.

It is very close to Kyobashi station where you can find many places to dine or hangout. I am happy because I can see Keihan trains from the window <3

Great location, was close to 2 subway lines and a mall. The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious, able to open up 2 luggage and have spaces to walk. I like that they have bike sharing service in their basement. We rode to Osaka Castle, which only took us around 5 minutes. Overall I would say it's an awesome place to stay, would definitely come back.

Clean and huge space. It has all the facilities like coin laundry for wash and dry. Easy access to JR Kyobashi and metro along with many food choices below. Daiso, pharmacies, great soba - you name it, there should be one. No water dispenser and they only provide 1 bottle of water/day per pax. Boil water by yourself. Not a big deal.
