Free breakfast and staff was so kind!! Make sure you request a non smoking room if you don’t smoke. Not the companies fault but our mistake sadly!

Nothing Too small sleeping rooms, small baths, poor breakfast choices. Check out time of 10 am is very early.

I stayed for 4 nights at this hotel and had a very nice experience overall. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The food was also good and satisfying. I would definitely recommend this place. If possible, it would be great if the English communication could be improved a bit, but despite that, the team was always very helpful and friendly.

Nice staff; helpful and fairly central location; staff helped with my journey to the airport and when I left something behind and had to come back for it. Room was not particularly large but as against cost it gave good value.

Not sure who's at fault -- but I chose Toyoko Inn after setting a filter for hotels that had fitness centers on booking.com and found out that there was none upon arrival. Not the biggest let down, but unexpected nonetheless. Also -- I was surprised to see that there was a sign that said no non-hotel guests are allowed beyond the lobby. That's something I've never seen before and didn't intend to have guests but still something that surprised me as well.

Very clean, free breakfast was a nice perk. The staff were friendly. Overall, the room was nice and provided everything that we needed. The beds were not that comfortable, and the location isn't the best.

The beds and pillows were pretty firm, more firm than I could deal with. Thats it. Don't let this stop you from staying here.

The staff, the conditioning of the room, the price, the breakfast box super cute May be it was a little too far from everything. But anyway it had good conexions. The breakfast box was nice but it was always the same, variety would help.
