Great unit, affordable

Good, cozy, small, separate apartment with all necessary facilities and helpful staff Location is a little bit far from main sights and not easy to find building. Interior of building is dark and not touristic. It is living quarters of locals, and you can observe the daily city life too.

cleanelyness, location, comfort nothing

Check-in hours were quite limited, and while they are updated on a piece of paper at reception, they are not properly reflected on Booking.com. In addition, staff wants to share information verbally, but rather than print out and point to information in English (or other languages), the receptionist spoke through a mask in Japanese into his phone app bit by bit. He often had to repeat himself. This was quite a waste of my time.

Perfect location. Value for money. It was a short walk from Nakatsu Station which is just a few stations away from Namba and other jumpoff stations. This is a perfect neighborhood for when you want peace and quiet. Nothing.

Excellent location, 15 min walk to Umeda Stn. Quiet despite proximity to elevated highway. Use google translate or similar to communicate with staff. Second stay here. For first time visitors maybe not so easy to locate due to very small hotel sign.

Great location, about 6 minutes walk from the Nakatsu Station, lots of good restaurants at a walking distance. No cleaning by the hotel staff while you stay there.

There was no available kitchen equipment despite there being a stove top.

Nonthing Old building with heavy smell, very old furnitures . Nonthing provided except 1 towel. Stay for 7 days with only 1 towel per person provided. New towel is chargeable .

The room was big and the location was perfect. Walking distance to the train station.

The staff were amazing! I felt like at home, such a kind and open people, that helped me with all of my questions and needs ? And they knew that I’m an Ukrainian, so they were translating everything for me in Ukrainian, it was so cute and kind ? I loved my stay there, it was near to center and at calm district at the same time ?? Everything was perfect, especially staff ?

I had a large room. There are Washing machines on each floor. There is everything you need for a stay, good shower and clean bathroom. The staff is very polite. In general that was ok, but I didn't enjoy to stay in the room. It seemed not very clean (a found hair on the chair when checked in). The location is quite far from the city center and main touristic spots, but not far from the metro station. The toilet didn't have functions that other toilets in Japan have.

Really good apartment. A bit old-ish but everything is clean and well maintained. 15min walk from Umeda Station and 6min walk to Nakatsu station. Really accessible. I really recommend for short and long stays. The bathroom is a bit small but it's a typical Japanese bathroom. Fully functional and clean.
