THE BREAKFAST WAS REAL VALUE FOR MONEY. STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND AVAILABLE. NO COMPLAINTS WHATSOEVER. THE RIDE TO OSAKA MAIN STATION WAS A REAL COMPLIMENT. EVERYTHING WAS OK

The staff were accommodating. I accidentally booked a smoking room but they were able to put me in a non-smoking room. Good amenities. Location was good but a bit far from the train station. Enjoyed the steam room The bathroom is a bit cramped. Far from nearest train station.

The location of the hotel is perfect as it is exactly between the two main stations in Osaka. It is located next to the newly developed business district so you can find a variety of everything there. Perfect for solo travelers.

This hotel offers one of the best values in Osaka with free breakfast (really good) free shuttle to train station, good location and a price that CANNOT BE BEAT. The staff spoke good English too!?
