The bathtub, easy access to a laundry, quiet room, responsive staff, comfortable bed, proximity to grocery stores and transportation. 10am check out is a bit early

Great option for parents with kids. Our junior suite even had a laundry machine, which was convenient while traveling with kids. Great breakfast and very friendly staff. Great location close to the metro. Everything was good.

Location was excellent , staff exceptionally friendly and useful- Musumi, Matthew and Taka in particular! Decent breakfast.

The staff was incredibly nice and we loved our room. We were also very close to the station, restaurants and shops.

The hotel is very well connected to the city via subway and trains, just two stops from Shin-Osaka Station (the station you arrive at via the Shinkansen, the bullet train from Tokyo and other parts of Japan). It's a simple hotel in every sense of the word. I loved the breakfast service, which was excellent. The staff goes out of their way to provide excellent service and resolve any issues. I don't know if it was due to my lack of knowledge of electronic ventilation systems, but there was little air exchange. As always, I tried to solve the problem by opening the window, which doesn't open to the outside, but rather to a hallway. That's the only detail, which I imagine is easy to resolve.

Good location. 2 mins walk to a train station. The rooms are very very tiny and the bed is super uncomfortable. The bed made squeaky noise even if you moved slightly. Worst sleeping experience ever. We had the hotel booked for more days but cancelled after the first night. Also the housekeeping doesn’t clean your room after 11. We had place cards placed on door to have it cleaned at 11:30 but they didn’t clean it.

Near subway, clean I don’t know if my room was only one but there was bad air circulation, and if you take hot shower or just sweat a little bit more or maybe boil the water in kettle all room full with steam and warm air that later results with very foggy windows, from which water was literally pouring out later. Very small room. Still I wouldn’t give that 4 star as they have.

Very friendly staff. I like the spacious lobby where we can eat our own dinner when we want. The rooms were also spacious enough. Great location, less than 5mins from the Nakatsu station. The showertoilet was difficult to use. Sometimes it didn't work. The bed was also firmer than I liked.
