-water, tea, coffee machine (latte, cocoa etc.) is free. (AM9 ~ PM9 only) -bicycle parking is free therefore I visited by bicycle WiFi connection was poor. About 15Mbps in my room. Not comfortable.

Staff are very polite and helpful even though they are not good at English. There are lots of things you can enjoy outside your room, a free gym, gaming room, etc. There is a sports + arcade complex and a very good onsen nearby. The facilities inside the room are lacking. The room itself is a bit small too. It takes some time to walk to the metro/train station. It would be painful if you have heavy bags and luggage.

the guy who was at the reception he is very friendly and helpful he even guid us to our room and show how to unlock the door with passcode. the cleanliness is real bad we have found a lot of hair over and under the mattress.
