Nicely renovated, clean, comfortable bed. Welcome drink & happy hour. Excellent heat pump/AC. TV with streaming services. City view. Although it is not in central Osaka, it has many restaurant options nearby. Room was comfortable but on the small size.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in Japan. Although out of the way to the usual tourist hotels, it is close to transport and only requires 1 train to get into the heart of Osaka. Staff were extremely kind, room is newly renovated and very clean. This hotel provides a lot of benefits such as free coffee/tea anytime, free beverages certain hours and even free food at night. The amenities were great and they also provide a welcome gift. Very close to great quality eateries and view is great, would definitely recommend this place as the value for money is exceptional! Can be a bit noisy at night due to cars/motorbikes racing in the main street but still manageable to get to sleep.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a good separation of space for a family of three. The hotel was quiet and well maintained. Very close to subway station and easy to access. The single thin mattress for the child to sleep on the floor was not very comfortable - a two-layer mattress would have been preferred. The hotel is not close to dotonbori, it takes about 25 mins which means you're out until you decide to turn in for the evening. The main floor of the building is the bus terminal, so it is not a particularly beautiful space, but there is a convenient dollar store on the 2nd floor.

A wonderful place to stay for three nights in Osaka. Good size room, very clean, very professional staff. 9th floor is the lobby. A 2nd floor connect to the transport station. Happy hour free drink tickets at check in were appreciated, plus small gift choices of bath salts or facial mask. Fridge n foot massager in room. Cityscape view. Comfy bedding linen. We were able to walk to a lovely peaceful shrine across the street. Nearby is Spa Suminoe, where I tried the different hot baths out one afternoon. I purchased a discount ticket to the spa at the hotel lobby desk. A difficult pair of Onitsuka Tigers for my dear grandson were tracked down successfully in Osaka due to helpful staff in 2 stores added to overall feeling of a special stay here. Everything so nice, I would stay here again if ever in Osaka. Everything very nice

The room was very spacious for Japan and I especially appreciated the foot massage machine in the room after walking all day. On the lobby floor, the lounge serves breakfast until 10, drinks are available from 3-6, Happy Hour 6-8, and dashi rice bowls from 9:30-11 I think it was. Really delicious. The location is great, right by a subway station and there’s an onsen open until 2am about a block or so away. I’d definitely stay again! The hotel is on top of a shopping center? So you have to go into the mall and then get the elevator to the 9th floor to enter the lobby. That was a bit different but not bad.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. One of the best parts was the location—it was super close to the station, which made getting around so easy. I would definitely stay here again

Every close to the event venue that I am going to attend. Very close to the train station, has a elevator going to the pedestrian to the train station, its very convient on everything. Donki Quote is right next door. Staff are very kind and accommodating. I love everything on this hotel. I will stay here again if I get a chance Only one plug, but there is a extension wire that is well hidden. wishing there is a plug near the bed

The location was good since it was close enough to the airport and the bed was soft and nice! The bathroom was a great size! And it was easy enough to find. It was a bit dated but other than that I liked it enough, it just seems a bit run down and on the older side

Near the suminoekoen station. LITERALLY. The staff. Their male staff are not very good with customer service. We got robbed and they only say they cannot see it in the cctv and might be our fault.
