Clean and quiet place to stay It doesn’t have iron for clothes

Very spacious room for a family of 5 adults. Friendly and helpful staff. Located in a good neighborhood with a grocery, multiple convenience stores, and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Very difficult to find hotels that can accommodate 5 people, but this hotel filled the bill perfectly! No complaints whatsoever.

Excellent bedroom/dining area, with an additional TV room with mats on the floor. Lots of room compared to the average. Japanese modern design, wood paneling, sliding doors with washi paper between rooms, etc. The hotel seems to be specifically designed for the local taste, plus the space. All very clean and functional, but that's to be expected in Japan. Not really justifiable price for us, as we were just one couple, no need for extra TV room and large bathtub. But it may be ideal for others, like a family with kids. Also, communication was difficult with some of the staff, But to be fair, they did everything they could to help. Location not close to the train station, but close to subway. Still, centrally located. Not many places for breakfast around us. We did not reserve breakfast and when we asked to pay on the spot, they told us it's 'sold out'.

The place was nice not too far from the train station. A few places to eat in the area. The beds were nice and comfortable. The rooms were clean and plenty of space. Not too much. Receptionist service is not 24 hours a day it end at midnight

Beautiful hotel. The rooms were spacious for a family of 4, very clean and stylish. The location was excellent too - very close to the metro and places to visit. I’d definitely come again. Nothing - it was perfect.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel provided us the cooking pan and we could cook baby food in the room. Five stars to the hotel.

Breakfast was wonderful and the service and facilities were exceptional! Nothing at all.

Convenient location close to Hommachi metro station and Osaka castle. Excellent private bathroom facilities. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Lovely little restaurant just around the corner. The pillows didn't suit us.

Good room size. Ambient noises from the street and rooms above. No free breakfast anymore. The last time I stayed in 2019, they offered free breakfast. Simple, but nice.

Amazing and friendly staff !

We had the room double superior and it was really nice and spacious! Besides the two beds there is a kitchen area with fridge and freezer and a nice living room with tiny sofa (japanese style) and tv and an entrance area for shoes and jackets. The toilet is separate from the rest of the room with a sliding door. There is a wet area with shower and bathtub where it is possible to enjoy the bath ball given at the reception on the arrival. I was so happy with this room, really spacious and comfortable. The beds were also good. The pillow wasn't the best and there were no cutlery or plates in the kitchen but other than that the room was amazing!

Exceptional

The room size is fantastic. I like the security of the wifi connection. It is close to Homachi metro interchange. The hotel supplied mug and drip coffee in the room. I like the bath bomb to use in the bath. They were willing you service everyday which is good when there is a family in the one room. The bedding is on the firm side and pillow is flat. There were no utensils in the room. It would be good to have instruction on how the ventilation in the bathroom works.
