The bed was a little uncomfortable but besides that everything else was amazing!

The bed was tiny, and we barely fitted into it. It was probably our fault, for not knowing how small the double beds are in Japan. The room was small but fine. Location OK

Easy to find, parking available The room was very small, as a couple we were put in a king single bed... so a very very uncomfortable 2 nights

Room had lots of space and was comfy. Had a spot for luggage which gave me more space in the room. Was easy to get to and perfect for visiting universal Japan since its 2 easy stops from the hotel. Walking distance to shops,food and karoke. Also, staff are super helpful with getting your luggage delivered and making sure everything is sent to the right location. The staff even came and got me when a minor mistake was made and the fixed it. Only downside is we found hairs on the pillows. Not a deal breaker and was easy for me to clean with my hair roller. And spray it down with the linnen spray they supply in the rooms.

The hotel was in a great place, the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I had an incredibly pleasant stay here. Can find any facilities you might want here, nothing was ever a problem. I enjoyed my stay quite a lot. Only thing other people might find off putting is the fact that there isn't much space to put your things, there is a small place to hang your clothes near the entrance to the room, but don't expect a big closet.
