Location was great. Nice amenities. Quiet. Good price. Elevator (even if it’s small, we really appreciated that for our top floor room).

The hotel is BIG! The bathroom was good as there is a jacuzzi. Staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel also provided complimentary drinks and could even print out your pictures on the drinks that you order (note: require LINE app to do this). The location was awesome! Near the train and there's some activities to do like zoo, market and huge shops! I didn't manage to take any pictures in the hotel, but it was one of the bigger hotels compared to the others that I have stayed!

Easy to find, near the park and the Tennoji train station. The staff was excellent. Oreo, the dog, was adorable. They were very basic accomodations but perfect for our budget. Our room had no view but it was quiet and comfortable. It’s not a traditional hotel; it felt more like a family-run facility which we did not mind at all.

The single room is quite big and have all the facilities.The staff are very friendly and helpful.It is very very near to JR Tennoji station.about 5mins walk( flat land).The receiption of the hotel is also a small cafe and they give a free welcome drink to the guest.Bathroom is very big. The bed is a little bit hard but not so bad

All was good, close to the station, very clean, free water, welcome coffee drink. Very nic staff. Room was good size (we expected smaller).

A small boutique hotel, cosy and modern, with relatively spacious rooms by Japanese standards - we slept very well and are already looking forward to coming back

We liked how convenient this hotel was to the train station. However, the room we stayed at was facing the street with a bus station was it was quite noisy until midnight. There was also no air conditioning available in winter months.

Love this hotel everything. Great location great service and helped me with having my package at the last minutes! Defiant will stay again when visiting Osaka next time :)

Location Pillow was not comfortable. Room is small. Should do away with the 2 bean bags.

The room may have bed bugs. We didn't see them, we got many bits on the uncovered skin areas. The air conditioner didn't work until the last day of our stay.
