Clean and friendly people

Well, first of all, this was probably the best hotel room I’ve stayed in Japan. The size is excellent, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and very well separated, with a large sink area, and last but not least, there are some amenities in the room like microwave and a sink and stove top that are extremely nice to have when you are in a rush and needs to heat up some konbini food or even do something yourself, the hotel offers pans, laddles, and some other kitchen accessories if needed. Second, the staff were always very friendly, professional and polite. Thanks for all the staff that made our stay so great! You are the true stars! And finally, the entire experience of checking in and out was also super smooth and easy. The lady in the front desk when we were checking out was very friendly and helpful by setting up the process to ship our luggages from Osaka to Tokyo. It’s not really a problem for me, but for others the 10min walk from the nearby train station could be, especially after a long day walking around the city. Other than that, there were really no problems at all during our stay.

I liked that our room had a tiny balcony (not one that you could hang out on). I was able to open the balcony sliding door for lots of fresh air. I felt misled by booking.com when it said that there is no smoking in the rooms, I assumed that I meant all rooms were non smoking. When we arrived, they only had a smoking room available (everything else was occupied). Not the hotel's fault, but a warning to double check your selection via booking.com before you reserve if you're sensitive to smoke like I am. The room, like most rooms in Japan, was small but it worked for our family of 3. The location is a short walk from the closest train station, about 10 mins. Not too bad but after several long days of exploring Osaka I wished it were closer! Especially on rainy days.

Very close to central attractions, adequate accommodation. Very basic room. No carpet, which is fine. Have to borrow cooking implements, which they are pretty short on.

It has a feel of a new hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was very comfortable too. It's good value. Heated room and heated water as well so it was good. The location is decent but a distance away from the city. But a short walk away from the train station so not too bad.

The hotel was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, with an impressive room size of about 40 square meters—perfect for our two large suitcases. It was great to have a sofa for relaxing, so we weren't limited to just the bed. The bed, pillows, and duvet were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to fall asleep and rest well. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, attending to all our requests with a positive attitude. Unfortunately, the WiFi was a major drawback. We could hardly use it in our room during our entire seven-day stay, which was frustrating. Thankfully, we had an eSIM and could rely on our mobile data for internet access. Another aspect worth noting is the location. While we were aware it was a bit removed from the city centre (which suited us, as we enjoy walking), those expecting numerous nearby dining options may be disappointed, as choices are limited within walking distance.

Located off the beaten path in a residential area. Easy access to bus and rail sytem. Rooms were clean and substantial. Staff was professional. Can’t think of anything

The counter staff are very nice . Maybe it’s a bit of a walk from the MRT station.

Good equipped room, but with 1 bed very little. The room with 1 double bed and 1 single is a bit expensive but more comfortable. I was glad when I moved. Close to the center. Very nice restaurant Royal Host is in 5 minutes. Personal can't speak English at all. Of course, they do not need ? Two pillows were small and uncomfortable.

Very comfortable and quiet. 10 min away from the metro station. 30 min away from Shinsekai if you are walking. Staff was super helpful. The option of not getting the room cleaned and towels changed everyday to be more sustainable is very welcome. The coin laundry on the second floor is brilliant and very affordable!
