Spacious and clean room, much larger than most in the area. Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is simple yet super nice, free coffee and tea is a big plus. A comfy common area which i spend quite a bit of time working. Room rate is great for value. Staff is super super polite and make you feel so welcomed. Big thank you to the smaller frame female staff who speaks very good English and with a great smile - she wipe my suitcases dry when we checked in, and helped with confirming an appointment over the phone for us, I didn't get her name but if management see this, please extend our sincere appreciation for her service. If i really need to write something, it would be parking and loading/unloading luggage, as it is quite a busy road. Parking i managed to find one nearby 1500yen for 24 hours, so its ok actually.

Great location, quiet friendly staff and nice lounge area.
-
Relaxed feel to the rooms and lobby.
-
Nice big room, good free snacks in the morning and free coffee and juices As there are no trash cans on the streets, we have to bring to thw hotel room all the trash but the cleaning was every 2 days, it would help a lot to clean the trash everyday in the room

We think the location was good but couldn't really tell. Its near the main train station but even though it was close we has some issues finding it in the numerous walkways and urban streets. There are numerous shops and cafes closely which is good. The alleyway next to the hotel looked a bit X rated at night time but it didn't really affect the hotel. You didn't have to walk that way. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Our first room was ridiculously small. Two suitcases couldn't be stored anywhere in the room, never mind getting into them to get your clothes. On our return night we paid a small amount extra to get a larger room which was good. The hotel is budget and has a hip vibe. We didn't like the industrial look with no carpet on the floor, only concrete and the walls plaster or paint not being finished. The breakfast is just pastries and bread with drinks but for the price is OK. We were able to leave our luggage there for free when we arrived early on the first day, and left late at night on the last day. Staff helped us work out how to find the limousine airport bus station to get to the airport. We stayed a night, went to Mt Kyo for a night, and then returned for a night. As above. We had difficulties finding the hotel even though its such a short distance from the train station. There are numerous levels of the city and its a concrete jungle. Maybe a better map could be supplied. Google maps wasn't easy here. The size of our first room on the same floor as the main reception level 3 was ridiculously small. The next on level 4 near the laundry was much better. There weren't enough washing machines or driers. My partner stayed up late at night getting the laundry done as another family came in and removed our washing, put there's in and then stayed guard over the laundry refusing to let him put ours back in the drier. The breakfast was OK for the price but it is just pastries and drinks.

Very cool and modern vibe. The staff were super kind and helpful. Beds were quite comfortable. Access to laundry facilities was a big plus. Nothing

Breakfast was carby but nice that it was included and there was a drink station for guests. Staff were kind. Our room was larger than what we normally had in other Japanese hotels. Lots of counters, trendy minimalist style. Check in on top floor. Close to konbini!

We liked everything about the property The location was near Umeda everything was accessible Drugstore below the hotel, Family Mart and Donki a few meters away and local restaurants beside the hotel. Surprisingly the hotel I think is sound proof because we did not hear much of the noise from the train tracks etc. During weekends when the area can be a bit busy from weekend party people - there were security personnel at the corner street. Not really bothersome for me though. They could have improved the pajamas they gave us It was wrinkly and a little worn. Better presentation would be fresh pressed pajamas. We ended not using it at all because it seemed like someone has used them already.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The location of the property is convenient and safe. I appreciate the refreshments being available and the bread breakfast. The dryer machine took too long for my close to dry 3hrs total.

La ubicación es excelente. El espacio, la limpieza y los detalles de la habitación son especiales El desayuno. Es solo un pan con jugo

The room was perfect, the facilities very smart way to put the change coins side by side in the laundry for coin laundry.

Only a 10 minutes walk to Osaka Station. We were across the road from the HEP FIVE building. There was a convenient store and 24/7 pharmacy downstairs and a Donki across the road. The rooms were great, beds comfy, and a big bathroom. Complimentary light breakfast too. The staff were amazing and super friendly, letting us leave our bags after check out. The only problem was this area seems like the party/clubbing side of Osaka. Not a huge problem, just that it’s noisy at night being across from a major road. The hotel provides earplugs but if you’re a very very sensitive/light sleeper you’ll struggle.

The staff were very kind and helpful. I was able to request extra amenities such as an iron, and they handled the luggage forwarding process for me as well. Everyone I spoke to at the front desk seemed to know English, which was helpful since my Japanese is limited. The location was also convenient. It was a busy area with many shops and restaurants nearby, including the Don Quijote. It's only a minute or two from an entrance to Osaka Station, so once I got my bearings, it was easy to get around, and I appreciated not having to walk too far after I exited the station. I definitely would recommend this hotel to others, and I would absolutely stay here again. No complaints!

Clean. Close to busy street, very noisy, you can hear the motorcycles and cars, you have to use the earplugs at night.

The breakfast was basic pastries and coffee, I was expecting a little more but it wasn't bad just scarce.

The location and the rooms are excellent Breakfast was pretty simple

This modern hotel was comfortable for our family of 4 (2 adults, 18yo, 13yo), especially since they gave us an extra blanket for our child to sleep on the sofa. Great location with food, shopping, and several transit options nearby. Staff was kind and spoke great English. Bar in the lobby had drinks in the evening and an included light breakfast (morning bread). Also closely located to a convenience store. Highly recommend! Drinks were a bit more expensive in the lobby bar, but worth it for the convenience.
