The property was beautiful, hosts were fantastic and put a lot of effort and love to make this place beautiful and to serve the guests well!

The property was so cozy and well maintained. Everything felt intentional and with purpose. Loved the decor. Everyone was so nice, constantly greeting us and making sure we had everything we needed. Nothing.

The entire property was perfection - such an amazing place to relax and unwind. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We would love to stay here again someday. We loved everything!

From the moment we drove into the property we were greeted with a beautiful environment and amazingly warm and welcoming hosts. The grounds, the accommodations, the food - all 10/10. The pool is gorgeous and we can't wait to come back again. Thank you, Daniele for making our stay so special. If anything at all... more upbeat music at the pool.

We loved our stay at Masseria Salinola, the property is absolutely stunning and the team was incredibly welcoming. They offer breakfast included with our stay that was incredibly fresh and included food from their farms. The team was able to give us suggestions for places to visit around Ostuni as well.

Immediately when we arrived at the property we were welcomed by a lovely staff member with a fruit and cheese plate and two glasses of prosecco. The owner greeted us as well and introduced us to the family. The decor was beautiful and authentic, rich with history of the property. The fireplaces were always on and tended to which enhanced the ambiance. The food at breakfast was varied, home made and delicious! Dinner was offered each night and also well prepared and wonderful. Fabulous olive oil too! The beds were super comfortable! There are too many lovely things to describe! There wasn't anything we didn't like. I would say the only small improvement I could say would be that water could be replaced free of charge in the room each day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at the Masseria. Our room was cosy and rustic, with everything you need. The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating. We ate a gourmet dinner both nights and loved the breakfast spread. Much of the food is from the farm. Everything is beautifully designed in good taste. No negatives — would stay again in a heartbeat.

The facility was terrific. The location was perfect, the maintenance was impeccable, and the service (especially Daniel) was superb. I have traveled very frequently. This was the cleanest facility that I have ever stayed.

Masseria Salinola is one of those places that stay in your heart and memories forever, it was incredibly pleasant to be able to stay and to meet the family who owns and runs the property, beginning with the warm welcome of Daniele with the courtesy wine next to the fireplace in their cozy and tastefully decorated restaurant, the comfortable room with the fireplace and seating area, the most outstanding dining experience incredibly made by the chef Sergio who is able to delight the palate of any avid and food connoisseur using their local products and ancient recipes of their families, and the most friendly and warm hospitality that you can find away from home able to make you feel like home, Lucia!!!!!!, the mamma the Daniele the sweetest person!!!,beautiful, courteous, sincerely just like family!!. I fell in love with the property. Dining was an exceptional experience and the food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet. I also liked that the hotel was near the main town. This place brought peace to my stay. Loved the staff here they were all great.

This property is incredibly beautiful. Our room was gorgeous - the white of the “cave” type room made it feel luxurious. Most appreciated was the helpful staff, the lovely dining area and delicious food. We had an incredible dinner there and an amazing breakfast as well. Tea and coffee are always available and an afternoon cake and welcome drink. Abig fireplace makes it cozy on cold evenings. Liked it Al.

Exceptional host. We liked the welcoming drink and gift they gave us when we left. Attention to detail and bon fires like in our home country. Daniele gave us excellant tips for the rest of our tour. The property was so warm and inviting. Room was a good size, comfy bed. Pool was awesome as was the breakfast. Loved being close to Ostuni! Dinner menu limited as they essentially put out a daily menu.

We had a wonderful stay at Masseria Salinola. The place is charming and very typical of the area, with beautiful touches like their vegetable garden (orto) and a small historic church on the grounds. Our room was small but cute and cozy, and the whole masseria has such an authentic, welcoming feel. The swimming pool area is lovely and perfect for relaxing. The restaurant is truly excellent, most of the food is homemade and you can taste the quality. We had dinner there and it was absolutely worth it; every dish was delicious. Breakfast is also amazing: a huge spread of homemade and local options, so good that I ended up eating too much because I wanted to try everything! Overall, a great experience: highly recommend both for the charm of the masseria and for the outstanding food. N/A

We loved our stay. The facilities were wonderful and the staff genuinely made us feel "at home" and a part of the family. Sonia was a wonderful in greeting us and helping us get settled and Daniele and his family were lovely. Ostuni is just a 5 minute drive away and was unforgettable at sunset. Highly recommend! Nothing. We loved our stay.
