The owner provided a bottle of wine and multiple coffee capsules to use in the coffee machine. The WiFi kept dropping off. The address was hard to find and it was not in a good location. Noise from the adjacent apartment was disturbing. The water wasn't hot enough to take a shower. The room was utterly charmless.

Great location, at walking distance to the historical center of Ostuni. The room was clean and comfortable. We had all we needed and more. So nice to have a small balcony. Great coffee machine. The host Lorenzo was very friendly and he gave us some precious tips. Very good value for money. Parking was not an issue at this time of the year

Good location in Ostuni which is a very unusual design of town(which was part of the reason for visiting).Very clean and tidy and communication with Lorenzo was easy and prompt.Excellent small store for provisions within 100 metres. Slightly unusual to find no cups/plates/cutlery provided but there is a microwave! Not a big problem for our group.

Iit is a real haul if you are coming by foot from the centro storico. It’s a long, steep walk uphill and up steps. One of the “selling points” of this property was the “free train station shuttle”. I messaged the host at 12:30pm the day before we were to arrive to advise about approximate arrival time and set up a pickup. I got no response. I messaged again the following day (arrival day) and was tersely informed that it was not possible because I hadn’t previously arranged and told I could take the bus. When I responded that I had attempted to arrange the transport more than 24 hours in advance I was met with no further response OR any offer to provide a shuttle back to the train station after our stay. Be prepared for an expensive taxi ride or a difficult hike uphill (and we are fit people). The apartment is a long way from the bus stop, too, so be warned.

Excellent location in the center of the old town. When choosing accommodation on Booking.com, it is not at all clear whether the selected accommodation facility is a classic B+B where you get a normal breakfast with service in the breakfast room or whether it is an AirBnB where you only get a strange prefabricated substance packed in vacuum bags and coffee powder (so-called pods). You will receive a cappuccino and a sweet croissant for the breakfast voucher provided (usually to a nearby bar).
