The location was a short drive outside Ostuni so accessible if you had a car however it would be too dangerous to walk into town on the busy road as it has no pavement. Welcoming directions were very clear. Breakfast was provided which you selected from a list the previous day but the standard was mediocre eg poor coffee, poor quality ham/cheese. The pool was a bonus but it was too cold to use (early September). The room and bathroom were more basic than I had anticipated. In particular the shower being so close to the toilet meant wet feet and wet toilet seat. I missed having a host to interact with and who could advise on good restaurants. I also thought it was scary when on one occasion two dogs were running around the pool and site.

Amazing design, very well-thought-out space that gives a lot of privacy. Surrounded by green area. Beautiful place to rest. There are tiny little details that could be more comfortable, but it doesn’t affect general amazing feeling.

Perfect 7 night stay on the outskirts of Ostuni. 2 minute drive and your in the centre. Very nice room with a outside terrace looking out to the centre of Ostuni which was perfect. Pool was lovely very tranquil. Breakfast was just what we wanted couldn’t fault any of the food - staff were amazing, tiziana was a great communicater and gave us some of the best recommendations for place to eat and drink in puglia highly recommend asking her to send you the links to the places as we enjoyed everywhere we went.

Everything about this place was excellent from location to service and all you need when you staying in for good time was there None, everything was great !!!

Everywhere was close by and I liked the idea of almost like capsule hotel like rooms which are completely separated in blocks of buildings. A lot of privacy and you have your own balcony outside. Pool is 2 seconds away everywhere. They were very kind and helpful. Maybe the only thing that bothered me was toilet inside shower but I got used to it.

Great views from private patio over the sea. Host was responsive and arrangements for arrival and departure were easy. Breakfast was delicious

An architecturally stunning property with a beautiful pool in the peace and quiet of the countryside but yet very close to beautiful Ostuni. Our host was very kind and friendly and we were served a lovely breakfast by the pool too.

Everything about our stay was perfect. We are already planning to go back next year. Nothing is to dislike. A tip is to have a car as although it is walkable to Ostuni old town within 20 minutes, it is a dark road.

Supergood breakfast! Great rooms. Nice pool. A bit off, if you are in for a visit to Ostuni. Not that far, though, but walking is not recommended.

The host Tiziana was most helpful and friendly, and looked after us really well. Also provided some useful local info. Special thanks also to Paolo and Tittie for their excellent transport services. Highly recommend. We will return.

Perfectly situated, a 5 min drive out of the historical centre. Wonderful, friendly staff and the pool has incredible views of the city, olive groves and beach.
