The a/c and the pool Expensive for a taxi to the old town

Had a lot of charm to it. Safe and secure. Staff were friendly and helpful. Access to old city was easy.

Beautiful setting, amazing owners. The location was around 6 minutes to Ostuni. But you can get around easily of course with a car. Really nice place to relax and very quiet.

Exceptional

Lovely view out to the ocean. Great facilities having access to the pool and having breakfast provided was good. 5 min drive into Ostuni Wifi didn’t reach the rooms, show drain clogged after one day

Beautiful and quiet place only 5 min driving from Ostuni. The staff is very kind and accommodating. The swimming pool beautiful and clean with a stunning view. The room was nice and cozy with all the necessary amenities. Highly recommended.

Great location, not crowded, just 5 min from Ostuni, 15 to the Ozean, a wonderful garden.

Great location. 3 minutes down the road from the old city of Ostuni. Great drive through olive trees all over. It gave you the old world Italian feel. NO WIFI. ALso, no breakfast was included. That was a slight let down considering they had this beautiful outdoor seating with chairs and tables with a gorgeous view of Ostuni.

The view of Ostuni is beautiful from the property, the pool and surrounding areas looked gorgeous- the weather was terrible so couldn’t make use of the pool, but the property grounds are nice. Bed was comfy. Free parking onsite. The owners speak no English (not a negative) and I speak minimal Italian so it was a little difficult to communicate- so for this we kind of just stuck to ourselves. 5 minute drive to Old Town Ostuni. the property is very dated and a little bit unkempt. The room was dated which may be appeal- but the bathroom wasn’t as clean as it could have been. I still enjoyed my stay, but maybe a bit expensive for what it was.

Disappointing

The bed was in bad condition. Bathroom was’nt clean. And the host couldn’t speak english. So there was no possibility to explain the condition of the bed/hyganics.

We had a lovely stay in Piana degli Ulivi. It was just a 5 minutes drive from the Ostuni city centre. It was very quiet and calm place with great swimming pool which was almost never used by the other guests so it felt very private. The view on the Ostuni and seaside was stunning. Our room was big enough for 2 nights, we were three with our 3 y.o. daughter who loved the swimming poor and local cats. The owner was very accomodating.We would certainly recommend this place. The only thing we would improve a bit was the breakfast.

The room was clean. The breakfast acceptable. Very quite and nice location. The bed was old and the springs making noise while turning in the bed. No hair dryer.
