Location for walking into Ostuni was good and view from the terrace was really nice. It was a bonus to have parking right outside the front door although the access roadway was up a very steep, narrow track. We stayed in an apartment to the rear of the hotel. The kitchen facilities were good but unfortunately despite the fact that we were there in early Sept and the temperatures were early-mid 30's the apartment was damp which made the bedding feel very uncomfortable to lie on.

The property was close to the historic centre, spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property.

The location is excellent, just a 10 minute short walk to the beautiful town of Ostuni. The air conditioning was broken, leaving the villa uncomfortably hot for our whole stay, there was no hot water on the first day. I also found a cockroach in the villa, and the door handle broke during our stay. Additionally, no one warned us about the 100 steps leading to the villa, which would be difficult for elderly guests. If we wanted the room cleaning it would cost €35 per clean, to say they call them selves a 4 star hotel is insane!

Great location. Spacious apartment. Fantastic pool with great beds and umbrella. Nice shower. Air conditioning didn’t cool down the apartment very well. Also, in the bedroom the curtains covered the aircon so we had to sleep with them open the first 2 nights, which meant we were up very early with the sun. The last 2 nights we put some chairs against the curtains to try and hold them up. Also the washing machine was extremely expensive, 6.50 euro per use - I’m all for cost recovery but this was taking the Mickey a bit.

Location, staff were lovely, great views Miss leading photos on booking.com to which villa you get. We booked based on the huge yellow villa balcony but was originally given a much smaller one with a tiny terrace. Thankfully the staff were amazing and swapped. I still think the photo was very misleading on the size of the terrace!!!! Lastly the kitchen was very sparse of equipment

The staff were very conscientious, they dealt with any problem immediately.

Good

Location was excellent, a short 10 min walk into the central historic area. The pool access and view was incredible. There was not many others and we felt we had it all to ourselves. The service and attentiveness from the staff was perfect. The villas were spacious and had all the essential things to make a meal. There's not really anything that could have been better. The only thing we can think of is that perhaps the decor/aesthetic design could be updated to reflect a more modern accommodation. The showers were also a bit dated (but completely functional)

Staff were beyond helpful with any of our requests. View from the top villa was breathtaking. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Great location. Short walk up to the centre. There was nothing we didn't like. The walking up the steps to the top villa was, at times, a little challenging. But when asked for a lift with the hotel bus, this was always met with a yes.

Very clean. Location excellent only a few minutes walk from the Old Town. Staff were so helpful. Bearing in mind we paid over £1400 for the week we thought it was a bit mean of the hotel to make an extra charge for the apartment to be cleaned and the bedding and towels to be changed. Also pool towels were not provided and had to be paid extra for.

Fabulous pool, great location and helpful staff. Very comfortable but slightly dark. Gas wasn’t working in apartment but they fixed it straight away!

The staff were friendly and tried their best to help. Unfortunately my experience at this property was horrific. I was in one of their apartments which felt extremely unsafe and unsettling to stay in. It was very far away from the main hotel. 150 outdoor large steps with poor lighting and in places no lighting at all. The window was broken, the door loose to lock. Limited wifi due to being so far away from the main hotel. Additional cleaning fee of £20 per day just to have someone make your bed - which was very uncomfortable. The electricity was also out for a few hours with no back up generator.
