The hotel is beautiful and recently renovated. Rooms are good size and the bathrooms are modern and comfortable. It's close to the old town...very easy walk. Not one thing.

Beautiful property, amazing views. I loved the ability to enjoy a drink as the sunset and watching the sky slowly change colors over the Adriatic Sea.

We absolutely loved our stay and are already looking forward to coming back. The property is beautiful, very well maintained, and exceptionally clean. Everything about the hotel felt welcoming and pleasant. The breakfast was outstanding—delicious, varied, and truly exquisite, with plenty of options to enjoy every morning. A special thank you to Leonardo, Claudia, Kevin, and the entire team, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They genuinely made our stay even more enjoyable and went above and beyond to assist us with all of our requests. Another great advantage of this hotel is the private parking, which made our stay much more convenient and stress-free. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ostuni and can’t wait to return!

Beautiful hotel with clean and modern rooms. Amazing location just steps from both the city centre and the bus stop which made day trips super easy. All the staff are amazing and incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Nicolletta, Leonardo, Claudia, Martina, Cristian and Kevin, as well as all the bar and breakfast staff really helped make our stay in Ostuni wonderful.

Great location. 5 minute walk to the central town. Had everything you could possibly need. The sweetest most accommodating staff! Helped us with travel plans, early breakfast and contacting people. We had a room with a view and terrace. The view of Ostuni lit up at night was gorgeous. Wifi was a bit spotty in our room.

From the moment my sister and I arrived at Primo Ostuni Hotel we felt so warmly welcomed. The staff are beyond superb, with Cristian and Nicoletta at the front desk being especially wonderful. Their warmth and hospitality knows no bounds. Antonietta at the bar and breakfast room was likewise wonderful, always smiling and happy, as was Valerio during breakfast. The food was excellent, with fresh, delicious ingredients and produce, and the breakfast was likewise, replenished regularly in the course of the breakfast hours (7.30-10.30 AM) so late comers were not left with whatever may be left over. The icing on the cake for this hotel is the location, set right in town so everything is walkable, and the views are spectacular all the way to the coast. As we had a car we were very happy to have shared parking with their sister hotel a few minutes down the road, or we could opt for paid meter parking in the lot beneath the hotel. The decor of Primo Ostuni is beautiful, with perfectly chosen colors and details. Our room was also lovely, bright, modern and spacious, spotlessly clean and with very comfy beds. Everything was perfect at Primo Ostuni. It is evident that they take great pride in doing things right for their guests. I look forward to returning again and would highly recommend to even the most discerning customer. Nothing. Everything was perfect.
