This property has been completely renovated. We stayed here in the past, and you can see what a face lift the place has gotten. The new manager, Mr. Stephane, is the man for the job. My wife was sick and he offered to call a doctor and instructed his staff to take good care of us. He runs almost everywhere and you can see how energetic he is and the great job he’s doing to bring this property up to the standards of this hotel to where it ought to be. We were on our way to Merzouga. We plan on going back and staying a bit longer in Ouarzazate in this property. The dining experience has two rooms. One was still closed, the Moroccan one I believe. This was mainly due to renovation, and we were told it would open soon.

The best location , so beautiful panoramic views from terrace. Good swimming pool. So kind people working there. Thank you to a barmen in outdoor bar who did the best fresh squeezed juices and tasty non alcoholic cocktails. We got some misunderstanding about our rooms as we have booked from 2 different platforms but hotel manager has been so kind and problem was sorted out. We prefer to have a room with small fridge to put drinking water bottles in. Thank you for all kindness and hospitality. Special thank you to a manager We will be back . L&R I couldn't say I didn't like something but just let people know if you are staying many days breakfast pretty much the same. For us was good as we aren't big eaters for breakfast ? There was my favourite " Morocco pancakes" Msemmen. I could eat those every morning.

Swimming pool, good-sized air conditioned rooms (cleaned regularly) and friendly staff. Wifi was great. All in an excellent location. Optional evening buffet meal could have had a bit more variety for the price.

It was really quiet, no hustle and bustle like a resort. Staff were really responsive. Air con was fantastic in the room. Restaurant didn't serve in an evening until 7.30pm and there were no menu showing up until that point. The old rooms that have baths are in need of a refurb which will probably mean showers only after. TV in the room only had 1 English speaking channel.
