Has everything you would expect for the price.

It is a classic traditional Moroccan Hotel. I think the pool area, bar area and quite lovely! The feel of the place is vintage q d traditional. The rooms need some sprucing up, a little run down, new towels q d nicer shower curtains, etc would be nice. Water in shower could have been hotter and faucet leaked. It was sufficient though and not bad.

Very nice hotel with a solid Moroccan feel, we both had a good time staying here. And, a great value for the money we paid. I think on this level of costs, this is a wonderful hotel! And, naturally, everything can be better! But, realistically, this is really Morocco and pretty nice.

Cold AC, large size rooms, good location. Cockroaches inside the room, the swimming pool was not well maintained . The pool water was cloudy and didn’t look sanitary so we didn’t use it.

Well, this place is the definition of a tourist trap. Stood two nights just to dedicate some time to visit the city/town. It turned out that the place is just a sleep and carry on traveling like sheep in coaches. That is I saw at least 2 to 4 coaches unloading late in the evening and loading first thing in the morning, packs of tourists. If you are on your own and like to visit the surroundings you'd be disappointed as there is little to see as described in the next section. However, this is the typical site east of Atlas, designed to isolate you in a fantasy world, light years away from the reality surrounding the place. As a rule of thumb, one has to divide the "stary epaulets on these hotels shoulders" by two to get the real quality of many places that offer tourist services. The structure is at the periphery, next to a construction site and next to the bed of a river (already dry in april) where the locals dump the garbage that is of large size or too heavy to carry away to a dumpster that I am not too sure it exists at the municipality level. The street whose address the hotel is assigned to has never shared paths with modern asphalt roads. It is just a dirt and rock road, like in the desert. If you carry wheel luggage's across the street from the hotel parking to the entrance you'd soon realize this non trivial matter. The included breakfast is a joke. There is an excuse though, as many western standard quality foods are really expensive to buy on this side of Atlas. I mean if you plan to shop at the few malls in the vicinity, the goods are as pricey as water in the middle of Sahara. I went to the foreign Carrefour mall close by, and they peel your wallet in banknote bunches. Common European style food is up to thrice more expensive than the same item in Europe. Local food is scarce and basic, and translate into peppers, low quality tomatoes, eggs, salty dark olives, and some cucumbers. Pastries are probably bought in bunches already dry, and greased with margarine at best.

Beedroom not Ok Bathroom very old, hot water comes out brown… towels are horrible (old, holes) Bed needs a change since its broken. Mattress is horrible. The whole hotel smells like cat pee, its very strong

The staff were very helpful. We went in winter, but imagine the pool would be wonderful in warmer months. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is now very tired and dated. Poor quality bedding, and on the 3 occasions we used restaurant, the tables were not cleaned between guests. Made it feel a bit like a canteen - sorry, because the staff were otherwise very attentive.

Room quite large Shower not working. WiFi not working at third floor. Air conditioning very noisy and it was not possible to keep it n during the night resulting the night resulting in a cold sleep. Personnel not particularly nice. Good breakfast with top crepes.

Stayed a few times here it's my favourite place to stay while in Ourzazate. Friendly polite staff. Good food, comfortable and clean rooms. Location is good with new restaurants around. Would recommend a stay here. Definitely

Great location. Lovely old Moroccan style buildings. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast and evening buffet were pretty good. The rooms are quite dated and could do with being upgraded. Poor lighting in the bedroom.

The breakfast was the poorest I ever had in a hotel. How can one support that for more than once?

I had to change rooms 3x and then left a day early. In the first I could hear the thumping of the disco. In the 2nd, the heating/aircon didn't work. In the 3rd there was an intermittent banging sound, all night and day. I barely slept. The 1st room had kettle, but no cup etc. Both the 2nd/3rd rooms were without kettles, I had to request. One of the receptionists was very kind and tried to help. However, the other female receptionist was unprofessional and unhelpful. On arrival, struggling with heavy bags, she led me to the building where my room was without offering to help with bags going upstairs. She pointed to the room and then vanished. A maid was cleaning and I just waited until the maid showed me the room. When I rang reception about the noise, the same reception said 'ok' and put the phone down. The next day I rang and asked for the aircon to be looked at She said 'ok' put the phone down and didn't do anything. Other staff were helpful and arranged to collect me bags on leaving, but unfortunately this was a very unpleasant stay. Also, awful breakfast.

friendly and good facilities. more than happy to park our motorbikes inside to keep them safe and warm. food was basic.

it’s a very nice building with moroccan touch. There was lady at the reception who went above and beyond by talking to the taxi drivers to give me a fair price.

The staff were really nice and the room was decorated well and spacious. The aircon was a life saver in 40 degree heat. The location is great and there's a great pool and bar beside the pool that we enjoyed. We had lots of fun here. We think it was definitely the quiet season with very few guests because the breakfast got progressively more limited every day and we had to ask for more options. The shower was pretty janky and everything was a bit worn out but we would definitely come back. It was still definitely worth the money of you aren't too precious.
