Le Temple des Arts

It was a nice private place, decorated with beautiful art work and movie memorabilia… The staff was very welcoming, kind and helpful. They made good suggestions for eating in the town. The room was spacious but a bit cold especially the bathroom did not have heat. The breakfast was basic and not very good. For the price of the room (and we were even upgraded) and comparing it to other places in Morocco, it should be better.

Le Temple Des Arts hotel is an adventure in itself. You enter through a carved wooden door from the road and you are transported to another world. Seeing the photos ahead of time still does not prepare you for being in the middle of a film set - and not just one film - but many different statues from Assyrian winged gods guarding the bottom of the grand staircase to Nubian guards guarding the upper floor area. We were lucky to get into the best room - the Cleopatra Suite - and it was just beautiful. Yes, we knew it was all plaster and paint but still when do you get the chance to sleep in an Egyptian Queen's suite - complete with sunken bath and painted scenes on the walls all around you? Omar was incredibly attentive and even served us an excellent dinner in the small, intimate dining room. A very memorable stay. Nothing.

The Egyptian ambience was amazing! Omar was great! The breakfast was delicious! Best egg omelettes we ever had! The drawback was no air conditioning throughout the hotel, only in the bedroom! No air conditioning!!! It was hot and humid! It was just too humid and hot to spend two more nights there so we moved to another hotel. Plus the pool was uninviting filled with algae!

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were special borderline amazing. Each room has a theme of one movie. We got the Lawrence of Arabia room , which was fabulous. The dinner and the breakfast were abundant and very tasty . Nothing

Very nice property

The hotel's owner is a film producer and the hotel is decorated accordingly with props and designs from various films. Very charming. The breakfast was lovely, not lavish but we were happy to linger and chat with some other guests. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We spoke only in French so I can't say how good their English might be.

Service was excellent and people are very friendly, helpful and very nice!

The hotel is nice and the room is comfortable. Omar is very attentive and helpful. I ate dinner at the hotel. Although there are only two choices, but food is delicious. Some facilities are aging and need maintenance.

The cleopatra suite is amazing, right out of a movie set It felt a little empty…the common areas were not really lived in

The staff were excellent, helped us with all our travel needs. The breakfast was just amazing we were treated like kings … Our room had no window and felt a little dark. But we went there much so wasn’t too much of an issue. The helpfulness of the staff outweighed this matter.

I liked absolutely everything about the property. Beautiful guesthouse. Extremely nice staff. Hardly recommended. Walking distance to the airport.

A comfortable bed after a long day. The movie theme throughout the hotel is interesting. The hotel is very tired, bathroom especially with no shower curtain or screen. When booking we thought that the use of a pool might be good but that area had not been cleaned for what appeared to be some time and smelt of sewage and the water was stagnant. As it happened the weather was not conducive to swimming. Food options poor for evening meal and portions quite small. Breakfast was okay but below standard of other hotels we stayed at. Location felt rather isolated.

It is a beautiful artsy setting. Lovely and spacious stay great to anyone looking for a unique experience.

The property is beautiful, giving the feel of the ancient culture. One might feel unsafe if travelling alone. It’s a home stay kind of There’s no one around The room is over priced
