The Room was sooo dirty. Feces on the bathroom door, private part hair all over the room. The floor hasn’t been swept in days. The first night I called down to the desk and asked to have my room clean the next morning. All they did was make the bed and said it was cleaned. Then when I was checking out at 6 AM, I told the front desk guy and he just stared at me. Didn’t even say a word.

The air conditioning was TERRIBLE. There was black hairs (could have been shaved hairs from i dont know what part of the body) in the faucets. There was appear to be mold in the drains. There was a coffee maker in the room with coffee, but no cream or sugar! My stay was terrible!! Then they had the nerve to want a card in file for room incidentials!! I will not be going back. They have to do better!!

The staff is great. Rooms to sleep and amenities in rooms are improving. The only issue is upkeep. Sometimes go to a room and some areas not cleaned moreso the bathroom and towels missing or stained. Overall the staff is wonderful and my wife and I enjoy staying here

Staff was not really friendly. The room was so dusty and dirty. It’s set off my allergies and made my eyes swell. Property looked pretty trashy.

This place looks nothing like its photos and is a nightmare. People were physically fighting and staff refused to refund me and let me leave. There was blood splatter on the floor, wall, and mirror, black mold behind the sink, a broken shower curtain, broken bathroom door, and a large gap under the main door. The ac wasn’t even on when first entering the room so it was 80+ degrees until we turned it on. Staff was also rude and not helpful. I took pictures for proof and contacted corporate. The property responded back lying stating I never left my room when in fact we ended up making sure to basically never be there

My room was clean and pest free..... The coffee maker had no sugar.... had to drink it black... The free breakfast was sub par - even for continental breakfast.... The room was a typical small town 1-2 star hotel quality... but not bad for the price..

The room was very dilapidated and run down. The air was not on at all on a 95 degree and took 3 hours to cool off. TV didn't work and phone didn't work too call front desk.

The room was dirty, hair in the bed and on the towel, bed uncomfortable, no shampoo provided, breakfast was terrible, the whole place smelled like smoke, and there were no staff to help.

Just wasn’t the best stay. Only breakfast had was a croissant and some fruit and orange juice and apple juice.

The room wasn't very clean or well maintained. The bathroom door stuck because part of the bottom of it was coming off. The tv reception was ok but the tv was so cheap it was hard to even change the station. The location was pretty good for what we had planned and it was in a pretty quiet area.
