Everyone was overly nice and accommodating. Best stay in a great area. Quick access to interstate and Overland Park!

Thr free breakfast was terrible.-not just the food but the fact that the lady working at the front desk had to keep coming to refill or replace things and shw said that was NOT her job.

Easy check in. Very friendly staff. Clean room though a bit musty and smelled of water. Breakfast was very minimal and my family only grabbed the some of the two kinds of fruit they had out in the morning. Parking was fine the first night but we had difficulty finding a spot the second night.

Decent sized refrigerator but freezer inadequate to freeze water bottles. Apples were the only healthy option at breakfast. Staff was friendly and professional. Was told there was a $20 charge for a pet but the text on the waiver said the charge was $15. Be consistent.

The lady at the front desk (was working both stays we had) is awesome! She helped us with or booking and even made a discussion concerning our son’s (to use a U-Haul instead of using pickups and friends)! Rooms are a little out of date

The continental breakfast was great. We did have a problem with our TV remote not working. Someone came with a different remote that did work.

Definitely not bad. I would stay again. Not the cleanest place but not disgusting.

The room was not clean. The breakfast was very minimal. The hotel was older.

Dated overall, mildew smell in room. Worn cushions/towels in room. The room door had a large gap, possibly 2 inches!! Not safe. Dirty/Nasty ice machine on 2rd floor!! Tiny elevator that looks dirty/ old.
