The property was very cleaned and maintained. There was plenty of parking in the front and the rear of the hotel. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable of their positions. Lady J at the front desk was very efficient and quick with my check-in. Thanks Lady J. The room was very clean and spacious . The breakfast was very good with different options to choose from. Overall this is a excellent hotel to stay. I will be back when traveling in this area.

The staff at the front desk act like we were bothering them. Pool was closed no one at the front desk informed us we could had used the pool in the hotel next door. Granddaughter was very upset. The breakfast was not republished. Was out of food most morning. Went to IHOP to eat. Very disappointing stay.

Room was fine as expected. Breakfast was ok nothing special. Biggest issue was slow/ unreliable elevator which needed some kind of reset repeatedly.

Polite staff, clean bedding, breakfast area was clean. The pool had a layer of film on it, the steps had visual debris and hair (several areas of the pool) was floating. We observed this in the morning. The elevator had a few issues including not going to a floor requested and guest side door refusing to open for 30 seconds

I liked that it was near a shopping Area, get gas and able to enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the lobby 24 hours with flavor cream like hazelnut and French vanilla and the lounge area was very nice. I and thankful they had tube because I only have shower so I truly enjoy a bubble bath after driving for hours, enjoyed free breakfast, so glad they had a pool to enjoy as well as the gym so thank you. The hotel was fine and I will stay again. The included breakfast had a nice variety. I gave the overall rating a 4 out of 5 due to a constant humming noise that was constant even throughout the night.
