Kitchen with full size fridge and microwave, a full sectional couch in a living area, a revolving maybe 60/65 inch tv that can face the bed or the living area, a walk in clean new shower, and everything was spanking clean and neat. Property was nice but in need of maintenance. Broken arm on desk chair, bathroom door badly scratched up, carpet in patches. Staff was very receptive to our concerns.

I had an whole event with family but we wasn't loud and I thought they was going to say something about that The desk chair in the room was very loose the arm of it and I hope they don't think we did it

Lack of good customer service: when requested items during your stay, they never come. Loud noises coming from other visitors staying; reported the noise complaint, but nothing happened. Had to leave a day early because of the noise and couldn’t sleep.

The property itself is clean and well maintained the staff are friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast area however is somewhat of a free-for-all.

Common areas are filthy, hallways smells bad and the couch in our room smelt as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Please hire someone to clean all of your upholstery floors.

The hotel needs to be renovated. Although it was clean, it is musty. Also, the tv in the main room did not work, some of the lights were flickering and the pull out bed was unusable. My son just slept on the couch.
